After reading some reviews I decided to give this hard drive a shot. I purchased this drive specifically to use with my Xbox one as additional storage for games. I have been using it for a few months now and have had zero issues. My Xbox works like normal, just with way more storage!

This 2T device cost me what I paid for a 1T device a few years ago and is about one-fourth the size. It works great, is fast and easy to get into and out of. I'm convinced.

Bought this HD as an external drive for my XBOX One. I couldn't be more pleased. It has a little green light that blinks when the HD is being read, and it's so small! The performance has been reliable and has met my expectations. It was extremely simple to set up. Keep up the good work Seagate!

Very small and lightweight item that doesn't skimp on production and is very easy to use. Just plug and go.

I had bought several Seagate 2 TB Slim hard drives in the past and they are still working fine. I bought the expansion hard drive because it was a little bit less expensive. It worked perfectly straight from the box, just like the Slim hard drives. The case seems to be a little cheaper. I believe the warranty is also only one year (in the US) on the expansion drive. So far all the drives are working great for what I used them for- which is backup.

This drive is perfect for upgrading your PS4 hard drive. It was an easy swap, just look for step by step instructions on youtube. After installation, the load time on my PS4 has improved by atlease 20% not to mention it now has a larger storage space.

This is the Samsung hdd, so there is no beeping after installing into my PS4. Easily fit my entire digital catalog including PS+ free games.

I bought this to expand the memory capacity of my firetv recast from one half terrabyte to two and a half terrabytes. It has worked perfectly so far over the past few weeks since installing simply and easily. it has added four times the original memory to the recast dvr.

I bought this to extend my hard drive on my ps4. I only have 500 GB and it was a pain to constantly delete games. I can’t believe I waited so long to buy this. I hate that it’s advertised as 2TB because you end up with 1.8+TB of storage. I still say I couldn’t beat this for the price. I didn’t realize how small the drive is. Now I don’t have to endlessly add and delete games. So far I have downloaded every game on my account to my system and this external drive. It is almost full but I believe I have about 65 games.

This item is amazing I purchased it for my PS4. I ran out of space and this was perfect for me. It’s small and doesn’t take up much space. Once you plug it in your able to free up space & continue gaming. I recommend it

The reason behind this purchase is to back up my data. I have many pictures, video, and a lot of data to secure. My first Seagate storage drive I purchased was 1TB about 7 or 8 years ago. It has worked fine and is still working fine but I wanted additional space for a second backup. They both are HDD and perform with decent speed. Someday I may purchase a SSD drive when they come down in price. My suggestion is to purchase the case to protect the drive for an additional $10 it is a nice case. All I can hope for is the new 2TB lasts and works as long as my first.

These types of drives are essential to backup your data and ensure you never lose your important work. If you don't own one, get one. If you own one, get a second to backup your backup!

This 2 TB ext drive will take care of all my needs for many years to come. 1st thing I did was backup my itunes music. (Over 19000 songs). Used less than 5% to do so. I'm set for many many years.
