Works in PS4 & 5 as both game drive (additional storage) or as a backup drive, recommend to use it as a backup thought due the USB speed limitations (very long loading times)

This also works on PC for excellent speeds. Despite being HDD, I found the speeds comparable to my SSD drives on the same computer. So if you need a drive for PC or Playstation, this will work for you.

I bought this to to use for additional DVR storage for a Tablo OTA DVR (Over the Air DVR). I was looking for maximum storage for minimum cost and this fit the bill at its sale price. I don't know how it works for PlayStation but it works great as a DVR.

As a gamer you always need more memory. The games are so large you can only have so many installed on your console. With this , i no longer have to worry about that and the gameplay is seamless!!

I bought this item when it was on sale last week and it was worth getting. I can now play more video games on my ps4 without running out of storage thanks to the 4 terabyte external hard drive.

Easy setup- very fast. We are happy with this hard drive

This hard drive is what I needed for my PS5, I can easily transfer my games to this storage to download back to my ps5 another time to play without having to reinstall all over again. Caution: PS4 games can be played right off the hard drive, PS5 games cannot it has to be transferred back to the PS5 but the process is much quicker than reinstalling the games.

Finally decided to buy the 4TB storage to store my PS4 games. I previously had the 2TB but wanted more storage so I'll keep the 2TB for a backup. I also have a 2TB M.2 internal storage so I definitely have enough storage. So far the 4TB is working just fine. So if your looking for more storage I would recommend this product.

Works well and easy to setup, just remember that you can only run PS4 games directly from it (PS5 games have to be transferred to internal hard drive)

Really great drive, you can’t play PS5 games straight from it but you can store PS4 games and play them straight so you can use your main Hard drive for PS5 games. And it is so much cheaper than buying an internal upgrade.
