My wife's hard drive crashed so we brought it into geek squad to install this one into our computer. I must say, it feels as if we have a brand new computer, much faster!

I would recommend this hard drive for the value. it was a lot more reasonable then other hard drives that I had researched. it is not the fastest but for a pre/ teen it moves just fine for what they are going to be during .

Bought this to replace a crashed hard drive. Less than 15 min to remove the old hard drive and install this one. The longest part of the job is reloading the OS and software. Would buy again.

The internal laptop hard drive is functioning well. There have been no issues/problems at all. I would recommend the GEEK SQUAD to issue you with all your repairs.

What can you say about a hard drive. You install it and after that you do not have to do anything mechanical with it.

Bought this drive to replace a customer's dying 320GB drive. At the time of purchase, this 500GB drive was only minimally more expensive than a similar 320GB drive. My customer was thrilled to get the extra storage space for under $100.

Was looking for a new harddrive for my Sony Playstation since my old drive was lacking in space, setup was easy just plug and play and reload setting from my backup.

Easy hard drive swap for ps3. Runs better and loads faster than when ps3 was brand new. Not sure if it will over heat though. I check a lot to see if overheating occurs. Hasn't yet

My old hard drive crashed and the Geek Squad installed this to replace it. The nice thing is that it has more storage than the computer had to begin with, almost double.

works well and has not crashed like the other model.

I haven't had the drive very long, but it seems to be acting fine so far. It will probably take me a while to store that much information, but I think it was a good value.

My 2009 Mac Book Pro is running better than ever since replacing the hard drive. I haven't had it long enough to let you know how long it will last.

I was actually surprised how easy it was to install this drive. I was walked right through the step-by-step process. Now is runs just like planned.

It was very simple to install and very cost effective. Even though my laptop is a few years old, it is still in great shape, so replacing the hard drive made a lot sense.
