My Dell laptop started alerting me that I had an eminent hard drive failure, so I purchased this hard drive. Easy to swap out and restore my OS to from my backup. Would purchase again.

The Seagate Momentus 500GB 5400 RPM laptop hard drive is a very good buy for the price. I did not need a 1 TB so I was able to keep the price down with this 500 GB drive. It is quiet. Would give it 5 stars if it was a 7200 RPM drive.

This hard drive was perfect for my computer. It wasn't expensive and it has a considerable amount of storage for the average laptop owner. This product works for Mac as well.

Seagate hard drives are the hard drives that companies that make security camera systems say to use. Because they hold up with continuous recording. Seagate is the way to go.

So the printer overall is awesome. I was comparing this to the Cannon MF8580CDW, which has slightly better specs, but this printer was supposed to be more efficient and also HP seems to have a stronger reputation for printers. We've had the printer for around a month and it's been great so far - we probably print around 50 pages per month, so it's got the firepower for 1000x more printing, so a bit of overkill but we were going for reliability and not having to worry about ink drying up our cartridges. Best Buy also had this on sale for under 300, which is a pretty solid price for color laser.

Had a laptop gifted to the church. HD was defective. Replaced original with this unit and installed OS. Works like a champ. Like getting a new computer for $60.

These 500GB SATA laptop hard drives are very stable and fast! When purchasing a replacement drive, this is the model I always seek when working with this form factor.

Previous internal hard drive went kaput. Purchased this and had it placed into my laptop. Works great and I think my laptop runs a little faster than it did.

This is a good drive for the money. It is easy to install, taking less than 15 minutes on a MacBook Pro. Working just fine. No issues downloading new Apple OS.

Ive bought this hard drive for an older laptop of mine. Although it does not enhance the performance of my laptop, it works as it's suppose to. It's cheap and has plenty of space so I can't complain.

I have used these hard drives in many laptops. I have never had a problem with them. Speed is good. Good hard drive for the average user.

I researched a lot of laptop drives and it came down to this one. I needed a quick fix for the laptop that I was donating and setting up for our organization. Setup was very customer friendly and quick. I was able to get the ghost image of the backup HDD on this new one with no issues. Perfect price for the amount of space I required and it's working perfectly!

Used to replaced dead MacBook Pro hard drive. Have used numerous Seagate drives in the past and have always worked well. No complaints.
