I think Seagate is a reliable brand and choose them every time. This purchase was for a permanent back up by Best Buy's Geek Squad from 3 different older computers, 2 of which were not even powering in and had to have the hard drives removed to back up!

Best external hard drive. This is my third one and they all work great. Never a proplem with them. seagate is one of the first hard drives when computers first started out so I think they know what they are doing. I used to build my own computers and never used anything than seagate.

Came to me in good condition. Works really well and holds a lot of storage. Easy to use and very portable.

I love it my xbox series x have full of retro games ps1 ps2 Dreamcast sega and lot more still use in my console it’s almost 4 years

I had just bought a WD external drive from Best Buy to use with my laptop running Windows 11 and had real trouble having it even recognize the drive I returned the drive and bought the Seagate-One Touch external drive not only does it appear better made It is a true plug and play and has worked flawless without any issues since

It was easy and fast after a quick format. I didn’t use the inbuilt formatting tool. I used my system to format it. I felt that this was lighter than earlier Seagate items of the same capacity. So that’s a plus. I would recommend this product.

Always supplies all my needs in a hard drive and I can trust they will always work. I wlove Seagate and will keep on coming back! I own about 6 of these and I plan to own more as time goes on. Thank you Seagate!!

Plenty of Storage space. Easy to Maintain. As advertised and affordable.

Extremely easy to set up out of the box..no reformatting necessary for my Mac as I'm using it for a music storage drive, and not a Time Machine (although I have a similar Seagate drive as a time machine and it was easy to format) Both have been reliable thus far.

This hard drive is superb. I have used Seagate sine 2010 and have always loved them. Buying from BestBuy is another advantage because of the low price and easy return (which I have never had a reason to make with Seagate).

So far this drive is working well with my Mac and has very good features. I like being able to password lock my files. If the drive ever fails they will also retrieve your data.

Lots of storage in a form factor that was much smaller than I originally expected. Add in great transfer speeds and this has been a welcome addition to my Microsoft Surface Pro. Get it on sale and it is an even better value.

I needed to find something to store my edits of music and this was the one!!

I have a few old school style externals that I am going to transfer from to this Seagate, can't hurt to have what I want to save in two locations. The Seagate came highly recommended to me. The file size and price were especially appealing.

I like it tbh- no crashes yet. Runs smoothly and I have terabytes worth on it.
