Good product combines router and mobile hard drive, but built-in player has a lot of limit on file format for Android system.

A friend had one of these on a deployment to Afghanistan. It was convient to share movies with each other wirelessly.

This is a nice setup but I could get it to work outside my wifi. But it connects to the cloud as additional back up

I rate with 3 stars because I think it's a really good option but lost connection frequently. If you only want to transfers yours photos working fine. Be patient!

The battery completely died and now the drive cannot be detected at all. Plugging it into a laptop USB won't do anything. Can't charge it and can't access the drive data. This drive was only used a few times and the data transfer rate was very slow. The battery permanently died after a few months of disuse.

Hard to back up data.i thought I can back up my data Via wifi.but it stopped. I was charging it. And I can't see a disk like when I'm using a wired hard drive.

We wanted a way to download and hold movies to take between house and our camper to watch. The salesperson said it would work, but it did not do what we needed it to do. There is nothing wrong with the product itself, it just did not meet our needs.

Wireless access makes it that much better. Can keep it stationary and use it with multiple devices seemlessly.

I bought this to serve as back up storage for my iPad Air 2. It refuses to mount on the iPad. Maybe I'll figure it out in the future. But it should be as simple as other wireless devices, and so far it's not.

I end up returning the item. Not working out from the box.

My pictures are very important to me. I backup my photos to multiple devices but the Seagate - Wireless Mobile Storage makes backup very easy for me. I downloaded the Android app and had my phone set to backup in minutes. The Mobile Storage ensures my photos are secure, I have duplicate copies just in case my devices are damaged and if some pictures accidentally get erased I will not lose any of my very important memories. Coolest Drive Ever!

Does what is advertised!!! Have had no issues with it so far.
