Great idea but not user friendly

Then I used it and it takes forever to transfer files. From what I can understand it offers no drag and drop option. Each file is uploaded one by one.

I would have given it a 5 star but it didn't work with my MacBook Pro - seems as though I have to do some work to make it workable. Haven't had the time yet.

So far I have no complaints when I use it as a backup HDD for my pcs specially when I have it connected to my network. It's not as good as the the time capsule though.

storage in mass for ipad

But was less impressed when I found I could use it for photos and MS office files, but have a hard time using it for other things, mostly based on the protected mode of certain apps where they never thought of mass storage for these devices. While I am sure I can use it, if only to port files from a laptop to ipad and back, the overall usefulness is less until Apple actually integrates such devices into the system architecture.
