USED DVD's

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my favorite TV show I have watched all episodes when they came on TV. I wanted to buy all 3 seasons and couldn't find them in any stores so I ordered them from Best Buy online. They arrived earlier than expected but when I open them the box had major damage on it. I figured no big deal it was still shrink wrapped. I took the 1st disk out and it had finger prints all over it and several scratches. The DVD set they sent me was obviously used! I was highly disappointed, I couldn't even get through 1 episode without the disk locking up. Not what I expected from Best Buy especially paying that price. I will be returning these to the store ASAP. 5 STAR rating for the TV series 1 STAR for Best Buy.
