    Seems fine, helps a sore back. Could be cooler, though. Shipment was very heavy, couldn't pick it up so I dragged it around and successfully got it on the bed.

    I must have gotten a deffective one because the corners did not expand. Otherwise it seemed to be very comfortable. Firm enough but contours to your body. I was given until Jan to return but when i called in for replacement they said I had already passed my time frame. Dissapointed
