    This pillow is too firm. The coolness is amazing, but the pillow itself is too hard and too high for comfortable sleep. I had to purchase a medium down pillow instead.

    This pillow has no "chilling" or cooling features - so basically this is a hoax. It's just a normal foam pillow and totally overpriced - honestly it shouldn't be legal to have such misleading advertising.

    I actually sent it back.I tried to sleep on it the first night it gave me a headache,and did cool.Would not recommend it not worth the money.
