Big mistake relying on reviews

Unfortunately I relied on the online reviews of this mattress from various sources and am out over $650. This is not a quality product, is soft and sinky and I wish I could turn back time and not purchase it. There are no return options because I can't repackage and return this big bed to a Best Buy because I am in a remote location. Sadness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
