Way to high for my cervical spine... Firm & supportive Cover comes off to wash Great price point I've always had tempupedic pillows this is a more firm memory foam than what I'm comfortable with.

very bulky and more firm than i expected might. i use for leg pillows or soft support when sitting up. not comfortable to sleep on for me.
