Not super firm or soft, really adjusts to how much pressure you put on it and FINALLY a pillow that actually stays cool without flipping it constantly. Highly recommend if youre like me and hate your face being hot when you lay down.. this one keeps my face cool and helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer!

The size is perfect; one side is made with gel "nubbys" and the other side is memory foam. My head actually sinks into it. Not only is this pillow a great price but is really comfortable! I have a rod in my neck so finding "the one" isn't easy. I have found my Pillow! Thank you Sealy!

I have also found that if I am in bed a while before I go to sleep and I flip the pillow so the cooling side is down, when I am ready to sleep I flip it over and the cool side is still cool when I am ready to sleep
