After reading the previous reviews, I tried this pillow. It’s not for people with cervical pain. It’s soft but, yet too firm at the same time. I ended up, buying a set of softer pillows, from Amazon.

By far the worse pillow I've ever own. I don't even think it's a real memory foam product. No matter what kind of sleeper you are, this pillow is extremely uncomfortable. My wife tried it herself and she completely agreed.
