It's a NO for me!!!! The only thing this pillow is good for is putting your feet up or putting a laptop on top of it....that's about it. What's crazy is I actually slept on this pillow the first 3 nights & it seemed okay & then one morning I woke up with neck pain.....I went back to another regular memory foam gel pillow. It's great to help you lie down & keep your head elevated but not a good night sleep pillow for me every night. I have no regrets in this purchase since I can use it for other things...definitely not a pillow to sleep on every night in my opinion, it's toooo hard even with the memory foam on one side.
