It’s supposed to be for your legs but you can rest your head on it. Makes a good phone holder or tablet rest in bed too, which we ended up using it for sometimes.

feels like good quality and maintains some resistance instead of being squished from the weight of your legs. however it is on the thinner side (or at least feels that way) considering how thick the outer area is. does its job assisting my sleeping posture sideways for my sciattica pain. would have given 5 stars if it was thicker or more cushionyer

I am a side-sleeper who suffers from lower back pain. Prior to my purchase, I would sleep with either a small square pillow or a full-size pillow between my legs. In the mornings, I'd still wake up with pain. After the first night of using this knee pillow, I was able to get out of bed with no pain. Sleeping with a regular pillow would result in pain because my hips were not aligned correctly as I slept. This pillow ensures proper alignment for side sleepers. This was the best investment ever and I am amazed that I can get out of bed pain-free! You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

I wanted to like this and if not from my one complaint I probably would’ve given this at least four stars but I find that it is too small for its purpose and I find myself often losing it at night so that defeats the purpose. It is pretty comfortable but it’s function is not done well bite-size. I put this between my knees when I sleep at night to keep my back aligned and although if it stayed in place it would work it is pretty small. I would not recommend this to someone but it was worth a try.

I like to sleep on my side. Having a pillow between my knees makes that sleeping position more comfortable. I was just using a small throw pillow. This is vastly superior to that.

This pillow worked great for me. It relieved the pain from my sciatica, to where I got a good night's sleep that I hadn't had in a long time. It's been worth its weight in gold for me.

Hard to get use to...BUT it does help me with my hip pain at night...I have had 2 implants and the pillow helps with with my night pain...it kerpsvmy legs apart for better hip positions while I sleep.. sturdy solid pillow...well made and even has a zippered covering.

It would be a much better product if it was a little bigger and a tad firmer. That being said, I find it useful as a head pillow while watching TV. If it was a tad firmer it would also work as a couch arm rest. Overall on sale it was a reasonable purchase.

Easy to use. Fits perfectly well to be used as an armrest, too! Great quality. Love the fact that I can wash the outer covering. The knee support at night has helped a lot with my bad posture when I sleep. My husband has even been using it as a headrest, so we have found multiple uses for it!

My 84-year-old grandmother recently started in-home dialysis treatments, which left her bed ridden for many hours of the day. She complained of discomfort until we purchased this for her. It can be a little awkward at first, but once you get it Positioned just right, it provides great support.

Love this pillow. I sleep all kinds of ways but when I sleep on my sides I prefer Dos XX, wait what?? I prefer this pillow. It works well and helps sleeping faster for me. Takes a few seconds to adjust to my liking and very comfortable trough my sleep. Great subtle grey color. Great job sealy.

It’s good and sturdy but not comfortable for me. I still have to use a large pillow better my legs when sleeping this item just isn’t big enough for adequate support.

This pillow works really well for me. It keeps my back better aligned as I'm a side sleeper. It is sized pretty well for travel too. I've been using it for over 1 year and it has not compressed so far.

If you're a side sleeper, suffer from back and hip pain, this pillow will help elevate those discomforts. The cover is easily removable for washing.

Using a pillow between my legs when I sleep on my side helps with my sciatica. I was using a standard pillow but this one stays in place much better

So far so good. Nice and comfy but does get a little warm. Great foam cushion is nice and soft. Hips and back felt great after the first few days sleep. got them for $20 which was a great deal.

Perfect for all the random old man pain . Behind the neck , under the arm , between the knees - great everywhere . Good size and supports nicely - perfect for side sleepers .

It is a good support pillow for your back when you sleep on your sides. It fits comfortably between both knees and works well for me.

Bought this on sale to replace an older version. It is a huge help to my sleep! I use it more for knee and lower back pain, then alignment but it works!
