Best Buy does a good job. I have had some bad experiences in the past but it depends on which store you go to. For the most part, I have had a great experience overall with their installation team. The guys in the shop were professional, courteous, and meticulous about their work.

Good installation, had to take it back because it wasn't sensitive but they did good after that

It is very good I start may car before i go to work in the morning !! and not worry any thing because the car is running and all the doors were lock !!! the good thing I could remote start 1/2 mile and see the engine is running too

Only complaint is installation process. Took way to long. Installer was fine, though he kept getting interrupted during process. We left towards 11:00 pm. Store should have more staff

We had this installed by Best Buy mobile audio techs. The installation took a few hours but theextra security on my truck is worth the price of install.

Keyless Installation I tried to install myself , Do yourself a favor and let Best buy do Install . I priced around and they had best pricing

I am able to start my car from about a mile away! I do not have to worry if it started or not! I can check the LCD screen to see if it took. It also lets me know how long I have till the car turns off! I love this alarm system!

but rotten service ,,made two different appointments for installation but the locations were not qualified to install ,,had to take a day off to have it installed at a third location

Installation took a while but liked how the technician showed step by step how to use the alarm system and the remote start.
