This thing is cool. It chirps at first then it gets really loud if you set it off. I am so glad I got this. Really good product.

It says security system which is best leading it’s false advertisement. Awls it is is the remote start system which my vehicle currently had already and then they don’t tell you that you also have to buy the DS 4 plus upgrade to actually have a security system but other than that when altogether it works perfectly

I love my alarm I'm happy that we finally got it working correctly sometimes it does a little funny beep but I think it's interacting with my cars alarm system it doesn't have anything to do with the alarm I definitely recommend

They have had to replace the brain twice now. Not sure if they didn’t care to find the problem and replacing it was just easier. Still works well with the ds4 remote start

I feel like DEI products have lost some of their appeal. I grew up with DEI viper products and they were very high quality but now they seem a bit water down. This system is not bad but is not great either. The one button remote is horrible, so if you buy this system do your self a favor and buy the better extra five button remote. You will save your self a headache. You can also buy the alarm add on for this RS system. Make sure to talk with an experienced live autotech to see if this system is compatible with your vehicle. Do not trust anyone else even if they work for Best Buy, or you will get the wrong information.

Tech installed with speaker wires which kind of left me worried but no issues so far. I use remote start every day and my 10 year old pick up has had no issues. It’s very useful. I got this along with the window module to vent the car in the California heat.

I travel a lot for work with a lot of tools in my vehicle and always worried about it when I slept at a motel. This add on to my system lets me sleep better with less wories

Great alarm just having some issues with the app that need to be ironed out with directed but overall i love it i got the remote start with the smart start add on and the overall result is great

Just upgraded to this add on from an old unit by viper that I had. This seems to be a lot better, not as annoying with the beeps and horns. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I have this add on, on my 15 Silverado and 16 Tahoe. All you need is a glass break sensor and this package covers shock and tilt sensor (don't need the ball bearing or digital tilt sensor with this). Siren is decently loud too.

Good Price, very good alarm sound, no confusion that it is not a horn. Installed by the professional Aaron, at the Oceanside, CA. store. Fantastic job no problems.

System seems to work great. Had this installed with the DS 4 remote start. We’re getting an error message but car starts, lights work but somewhat confused between system Fob and factory Fob.

This is good to have. Especially during the winter where you can just remote start your car and start warming it up while you’re inside the house drinking coffee.
