    We purchased 29 November, 2019. It's 13 Feb 2020 and we've had 3 cancelled delivery dates (yes, 3 missed days of work). I spent countless hours on hold (all staff were kind, except for one supervisor DAVID- he hates customers and can't wait to just get you off the phone instead of propose a solution). NO ONE was able to update me as to where the missing pieces are. Confirmed with Lynx that it shipped, tracking order confirmed delivered to LA and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE can tell me what happened after that. They try to schedule another delivery date without knowing where the part is. Our entire backyard project is on hold because everything (patio cover, pavers, etc.) Cannot be done until this install is complete. Good luck if you buy through Pacific Sales/Best Buy. It's the most beautiful grill you'll never get.
