poor Dept. Mgr. effort the steelbook was receive at the back deliver almost about 50min. ago did not bother to to call the receiving area, I lefy 5 min later I receive a email that it was available for pickup ( short Ball head ) item is not the problem

The spine of this steelbook case does not have the name of the game, so there is no way to tell this is your copy of Like a Dragon: Ishin when it's lined up with your other games.

Steelbook case is worthless trash. If the title isn't on the spine so it can be seen on my shelf, it has no value at all. Stop making garbage cases like this.

Arrived mangled. Top was all bent & steel was cut too short to cover the plastic case. UGH! Dents everywhere.
