This is the 2nd goKart I bought from Segway and it’s defunct after one month. The first one didn’t work at all. This second one worked until I tried pairing the accompanying speaker (for fake racing sounds), after which the pairing didn’t work and broke the steering wheel controller (the screen went black and will not turn on) so I can no longer see what mode (gear) it is in rendering it basically undriveable. Their customer service has been less than helpful basically telling me to take apart the entire vehicle and disconnect and reconnect things. No working. I’m outside of the 2 week Best Buy return policy. I should have followed by intuition when the first one didn’t work and fortunately was able to return it. Save your money, time and hassle. Don’t buy a Segway goKart.
