I bought 2 and they are pretty awesome. Top speed is definitely faster than it should be… which is perfect. There are several issues I’m having so far. The speakers are not pairing the gokarts and one of the steering wheel controllers has stopped pairing. I also wish you could lock the speed with the app at any speed you want and not just up to 5 mph. I also wish the thing they call a tail light was actually a working tail and brake light. It doesn’t do anything. You cant tell when the person in front of you is braking. A real headlight would be great too. The accelerator is very smooth and linear but the brakes are not. Gently applying the brake pedal instantly gives you about 80% braking. Hopefully there are firmware and app updates coming soon as well as optional upgrades.

Purchased for my son for his summer break. The Go-Kart is a ton of fun for all including the wife and I. The built quality is good. The vehicle is fast and should only be ridden by kids who will hold back on the power. Its also very low so ensure the flag that comes with it is upgraded to something bigger and more visible. Although, a bit expensive, the smiles it has brought to my kid makes it worth it. If you shop around, you can find these used for half the price.

The best birthday gift for my son, he had a lot of fun, I'm going to buy another one for myself, it's like playing Mario Kart in real life, the only bad thing is the control is not compatible with the PS5.

I purchased this for my kids for Christmas. They loved it at first, but after 6 months, it is a complete brick, won’t charge, and is totally useless. The battery warranty is only 6 months despite the company advertising a longer warranty period for the rest of the unit. Segway must know the battery life is about six months because the internet is full of people experiencing battery/charging issues at the 6 months point. Replacement batteries are $400 - which I would buy, but I am worried that it would only last another 6 months. This is a total rip off. Not up to the Best Buy standards.

The electrical control board went bad within the first 4 months they send a new one I replaced it and now the charger is not working and they said the battery and charger warranty expired and it hasn’t been a year it’s been only 8 months, I expect something that Expensive to have at least a year warranty, they sent me this picture. I shared to clarify the warranty doesn’t cover the charger.

I picked up the Segway Go Kart Pro 2 from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The ride quality is smooth, fast, and seriously fun, it handles turns like a dream and feels incredibly stable even at higher speeds. The battery life is excellent; we’ve gotten long sessions out of a single charge without any performance drop-off. Setup was surprisingly easy. I had it assembled and ready to go in no time, and my fiancée was just as excited to take it for a spin. We’ve both had a blast using it, it’s definitely a head-turner and delivers on the adrenaline. That said, this isn’t a toy for beginners. If you’ve never driven something like this before, take it slow and learn the controls first. It’s powerful enough that someone without experience could get hurt if they’re not careful. But for those who know what they’re doing, it’s an absolute beast in the best way.

Wow, this thing is amazing and fun and fast. Had a blast with kids as they have there own small side by side already. Note: most do not mention that upon setting up the controller needs to be synced to go kart via pressing 4 buttons at the same time. Left and right lever along with left whoke button and a button. All within 10 seconds of turning on the car. Hope it helps rhe next person

Fast shipping, my son was really happy to receive his go kart on time for his birthday. Pretty easy to assemble, pairing speaker along with the app is confusing I believe only one can be paired at a time. The speedometer did not show while riding try it connected multiple times. The lights arent the best I suggest mounting some from amazon. Overall my son is happy and loves his go kart.

I love that this gokart can be used for adults and actually be so fun while still be able to shrink it and slow it down for my younger kids. Overall such good quality and can really run it hard. I have put about 50+ miles on it and it has had no problems. Battery life runs quite long even when you are hammering on it.

Great Go-Kart. You can adjust it to fit smaller kids and adults. I'm about 5"9 and fit well in the seat. It can go up to about 29MPH. I would recommend buying if interested. Worth the money

This is the 2nd goKart I bought from Segway and it’s defunct after one month. The first one didn’t work at all. This second one worked until I tried pairing the accompanying speaker (for fake racing sounds), after which the pairing didn’t work and broke the steering wheel controller (the screen went black and will not turn on) so I can no longer see what mode (gear) it is in rendering it basically undriveable. Their customer service has been less than helpful basically telling me to take apart the entire vehicle and disconnect and reconnect things. No working. I’m outside of the 2 week Best Buy return policy. I should have followed by intuition when the first one didn’t work and fortunately was able to return it. Save your money, time and hassle. Don’t buy a Segway goKart.
