Thank you for calling out the Ninebot S Max that is a part of the GoKart Pro. This self-balancing scooter is also pretty fun on its own. (For myself, of course) I was wrong. This thing turns more heads than a Ferrari. Perfect for cruising between pool parties.

3 days and broke down

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my son and within 7 miles the segway broke down have to go through a whole process with the provider and bestbuy will not take it back without a restocking fee for $2,000 this should have not broke down so easy in my oppinon really was considering to buy the new model but not after this incidint

Not worth the frustration

Once opened it never worked! i tried to return it but found out that I had missed the 10 day window to return it. I contacted Best Buy and was told to contact the manufacturer, almost a year later and no resolution from Segway or Best Buy. I have a 1500 dollar sculpture of a go kart and a very disappointed little boy. Segway is nearly impossible to deal with and have continued to give me the run around each time I dedicate a day to calling them. DON'T DO IT :-(
