Got this after my other scooter got damaged, Best buy took it right back and gave me credit. I saw this one and decided to give it a try, it's a very nice scooter but I wish it would not erase current mileage when it powers down and if you want to ride all day do yourself a favor and get the spare battery. I got it and the speed went from 12 mph to 17 mph and the pickup is much faster, also going up hills is fantastic with the battery attached. I hope they make it so recent mileage stays visible after scooter powers down then I will love this product even more!

I have had this scooter for over a month and I am very happy with it. I have used it for riding to work (7miles round trip) on one charge. I use it for quick grocery runs, riding to the train stop and ride for fun around the lake. It is so fun and very easy to ride. I did my research before purchasing it so I knew exactly what are the pros and cons. The only con that truly holds true is, it is heavy. You can't carry it for more than 2 minutes. Pros - great design, sturdy, good range (10 miles on a flat surface/charge), decent top speed (13 miles), easy to ride. I get tons of thumbs up riding this scooter. The only test pending is durability over time.

Well built sturdy scooter. Since it is built so sturdy it is on the heavy side so something to consider if you are thinking of folding it up and carrying it somewhere. I personally just walk with it. I haven’t been on it enough to know if there really is a difference between the 3 modes, so far I can’t tell the difference. When stopping it is best to release the throttle and coast for a bit before tapping on the break button. When cruise control is engaged I find it easier to tap on the throttle to disengage it vs applying the brakes. If you’re thinking of buying an electric scooter I highly recommend this one as it seems very well built compared to some other brands. It’s a great way to get places when you’re limited on time and walking isn’t an option.

I love this scooter. In the short time I owned it I have over 50 miles on it. You should be able to get 8 to 10 miles on it. It goes about 12 miles per hour. It does have one minor issue and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Some plastic broke off the foldable design hinge part on the floorboard. It exposed a loose fastener that apparently is stripped. As best I can tell the spring and latching mechanism are solid and not effected. But I still worry.

The scooter are good. Good for speed, I can ride 13mi per hour, and not drop it down when the battery low. I like the scooter so much. Thank you.

I really like this Scooter. Its very well made and robust. It can easily go 7 or 8 miles with battery power to spare. The tires are solid so no fear of a flat tire. You do feel the bumps.

Overall a great product even though i am slightly heavier than the weight limit it still has enough power to get me around the battery life lasts longer than i expected it to and the body is holding up amazingly

Worth every penny. Don't pay for limebike scooters or bird scooters they're too expensive.. Get the segway ninebot scooter its the same thing! QUICK lil scooter to get around the city! WISH bestbuy sold the ES-2 newer model tho.. trust me you won't be dissapointed. picked it up in store same day, SUPER easy to set up and charge. Tell BEST BUY ROMAN SENT YOU. cheers - Roman

Love the scooter for its ride and power. Battery power holds for pretty long time. Electric brake and the cruise works great. I mostly use it for our massive manufacturing shop inspections.

This is such a great scooter to commute back and forth to work in. It’s super durable and the app makes the scooter even more informative because it keeps track of the miles you have rode, engine temp and miles left to ride! I ride this scooter in NYC and it takes most bumps and small potholes with ease. I would just be careful with large potholes since the electric motor is on the front wheel. Also one of the best features is the cruise control! However over all this is the best that money can buy!

Its the best electric scoter for the price. Lots of features. You can buy an extra battery pack and extend your range by like double. Great Product overall.

This scooter does the job. If you're a last mile commuter like myself, you can easily pack up and put down this scooter. It's great not sweating through your shirt before getting to work. Safe and easily controlled.

I am loving this scooter. On a smooth road I got the speed up to 13mph and I weigh 187lbs. I purchased the external battery on amazon and it makes this scooter so much better. The battery doubled the distance I can travel and increases how fast the scooter will go. The solid tires can make it feel bumpy on a rough road, but after riding past some broken glass and a nail I felt glad that they weren’t air tires. I chose this scooter from bestbuy because you really can’t beat the price in comarison to amazon and other websites. I also went with this one over the Xiaomi M365 because I didn’t want to have to bother buying extra parts to fix the issues people had been having with its vertical bar coming loose at the folding joint. Not having a light in the back isn’t that big of a deal to me since it still has reflectors. I can just clip a blinking light onto my backpack. The light in the front is plenty bright. Overall I have been riding this every day since I purchased it and it’s fun! I love it and now my girlfriend wants one so I have some work to do.

The scooter itself is very well made and the real life function of the battery is very close to what's on the box at roughly 12.5 miles per charge. It's water resistance also allows it to be used in rainy conditions, and cleaning is rather easy by spraying the deck with a hose (do not spray the monitor between the handlebars) The Bluetooth functionality is more useful in a segway than on a scooter like this, but the mileage stats are nice. Just note that the instructions for removing a speed limiter aren't in the manual, just double tap the power button until a red S appears. Overall very solid product, but note that because the product has just arrived in the US it's not listed on the manufacturer's site at time of writing
