I purchased it for my nieces and nephews. I worked out great, I put it in eco mode which made the speed slightly slower, eventually after my niece and nephew got use to it I switched the setting to slightly faster! We used them to ride around during Christmas and enjoy the lights. Also it’s easy for adults to use.

AMAZING PRODUCT! Overall its a super fun scooter! It handles well in most terrains even snow(ive done it). Charges in a resonalble time frame. Downside is the battery goes down pretty quick on Sport Mode(expected but not this fast). The charge to play time ratio sesms backwards. Very comfortable scooter, rides smooth and quick. Only front brakes so keep in mind. Over all 9/10 Id buy again

I pre-ordered this scooter from Best Buy when it came out, and for the first few months it was a pleasure to ride. However, Segway releases periodic firmware updates to the scooter. The last one ended up BRICKING my scooter, turning it into a 60 lb. paperweight. (It would not even power on.) I read about others with the same experience. That was October. I sent it back across the country for repair, like they asked. It is almost January and I have not heard from them. Each time I write they say they're working on it. That's nearing a QUARTER OF A YEAR that I've been without it because of a software error they pushed out without testing. So please beware. Perhaps avoid buying this model or buying from Segway. Or, if you do, be wary about installing their software updates.

All time best scooter I have had just about all the scooters Best Buy sales but this one is the best money can buy. I have had people ask where I got it from and they have brought the exact same scooter. I have sold so many of these scooters just from taking mine everywhere.

I have been eyeing this scooter and when they had it 50% off for Black Friday I jumped!! Completely worth every penny being in the city I can enjoy my day on it and still have enough power to get home.

Bought this scooter after reading several reviews about electric scooters, I live in NYC so the scooter water resistance and general performance was the main reason I choose this one. I have use it to go work (10+ miles) without compromising more than 30% of battery

Sold my old G30 and got this and it’s a life changer. Owned several scooters like the Apollo Phantom but nothing comes close to this in terms of ease of use, and efficiency. Love this scooter and would not trade it for anything else

I really like this scooter, the shock absorbers soften road imperfections very well. It is also very convenient with turn signals when driving on the roadway. It is slightly higher than the previous model without shock absorbers, but much more comfortable and softer.

The scooter is limited to 20MpH at first, after a few days it must of celebrated the AI in the scooter. Very good quality and the design is great. It comes with a insurance plate holder so when I travel to Germany I just need to get the plate and that’s it

Tall handlebars for taller riders. Wide deck to accommodate riding with feet side by side. Comfortable suspension. Cannot maintain top speed going up hills.

I was hesitant to purchase at first but it is well worth the money. I have about 200 miles on mine and no signs of wear or tear other than a few scratches. Battery holds up great and gets me from point A to point B with a little juice to spare joyriding
