My main issue with these scooters is rider weight limit. I did so much research and all these youtube videos the reviewer stated they weight 160 or 180….etc. At 235 pounds i can say that tge F2 handles the weight with ease. In sport mode i was getting up to 19mph and it felt fast. I believe the weight limit is 264 pounds and i felel like the scooter would have no problem handling that weight. The build quality is great and feels really sturdy. The turn signals are a nice touch and the front and rear tailight are really nice as well. The app works great on ios and has more options to customize your scooter. With good care and proper maintenance i can see this scooter lasting a long time.

Using this on my 5 mile commute, range is great even when it was extremely cold, charges fast. The airtag feature is fantastic and gives peace of mind. Travels at 18mph constantly with no slowdown. Well built, folds easy, little on the heavy side.

SEGWAYS are the best. Best Buy Hillwood staff was awesome. This scooter is well built handles well, and is the perfect commuter. My 5mi commute has bridges, hills and sharing two lane roads as well as 5 lanes busy intersections and interstate on and off ramps full of aggressive auto and truck drivers who don't share. And this scooter gets me door to door safely. And compact enough for my office and studii apartment. completely recommend.

Im happy with my purchase! The ride quality & take off speed is excellent for me only weighing 170lbs im able to ride without any fatigue for a period of time to which im having fun. I get compliments about it from other people who seems to like the built of the scooter. Max 18.8mph up to 22mph down hill I've received on this adventurous trail & park rides. Also going up hills for it slope angles is a breeze,i was stunned at how it was able to manage an incline so for that i picked up another scooter so my nephew can join in on the fun

Love this scooter. It's reliable and can go really far. Battery seems to last for a surprisingly long time. It's nice that you can throttle the speed. Con: The turn signal button didn't stay on and I lost it during use. Future request: Wish this scooter had a clock readout

Pretty decent. It goes way faster than my original scooter that I had. My older scooter went 15mph. So knowing that this goes almost 5 more miles than that makes a huge difference. I like that you can lock it through the app and modify your ride through there as well. I do like the signal turns you can turn on and off. That adds a nice touch to safety. The only thing that I was iffy about was the turning. I can't turn as tight as my original scooter. I felt like I was gonna fall off. It feels pretty durable model wise, but i did already end up popping my back tire. I get that the roads i ride are somewhat bumpy, but within 2 weeks I realized I was riding on a flat. I give this scooter a 7/10. Very fast, good with the app, good safety features, but the the wheel popping really just lowered my rating for it.

Wanted to buy my husband a scooter so he can use it to commute from our home to the bus depot for work. So far, he's enjoyed the Segway scooter. It was easy to assemble and he was fairly impressed with the quality of the ride. The price was very affordable for the quality. Recommend for an easy and smooth ride.

This scooter has been a life saver! From getting to work, going to the store, or just having fun riding around with my kids. This has been a great experience! The battery life is fantastic for what I use it for. Speed is just right not too fast not too slow! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This scooter is great to get around Has great torque and speed with decent battery life I've been using this scooter for a month im truly impressed with its performance. also has an app to find the scooter if its ever lost great for when they misplace it and comfortable handle bars, great scooter i would highly recommend this scooter to anyone looking for an efficient and fun way to get around.

Love this scooter. Has 3 power modes which was great for me as a beginner. Has turn signals and from and back light so are able to ride at night. Was concerned at first that it didn’t get up a hill very well (in lowest power mode) but once I got comfortable enough to put it in sport mode handled the hills just fine!!

Long lasting batery easy to use and fast, +++ light in the front for night trips.

It goes really fast but not so fast that you will fall off I had no accidents not crashes no I injury’s and the battery last all day

My son loves this fun scooter. He asks to ride it all the time since he’s gotten it for his birthday. It’s great because we can turn on the governor on it to lower the speed until we can trust him to be responsible with it and when we feel comfortable he can handle going faster. He has learned the turn signals which is great practice for future driving as well. I like the bell which is cute and lets us know when he passes by the house he is near and when he is back home. Our kids grow up too fast next thing I know he will want one that goes even faster .. sigh.

The first thing I did once I realized that I needed a scooter was to get this one. It is awesome with a good battery life and helps me move around. It has multiple speeds which is very useful.

This scooter does it all and is the best in its class as a beginner midrange scooter. I love the sleek design, comfy ride despite not being the pro model w front spring, and fast enough. For lost flat and small hills this is fine but larger inclines it slows down a reasonable amount….get the pro if you need more juice.

This scooter has been wonderful for my son to get to and from school. My son is 6’2 and 197 pounds and the scooter fits him perfectly. It can overheat if left in the son so word to the wise, make sure it’s locked up in the shade.
