This scooter has been wonderful for my son to get to and from school. My son is 6’2 and 197 pounds and the scooter fits him perfectly. It can overheat if left in the son so word to the wise, make sure it’s locked up in the shade.

honestly it’s a good starter scooter, nothing too crazy. i have no complaints other than sometimes going up a hill. i have to be in sports mode in order to ride up a hill. but other than that the battery life is great and it gets me where i need to be. able to ride in the rain. would not recommend driving while in the snow.

We got this for our middle schooler to ride to school. It works well and seems sturdy.

After searching high and low for Christmas, this was one of the best decisions in purchasing a scooter. Smooth, fast, heavy, and durable for a 10 year old. Better than the ones we rent on vacation. Great job best buy!

College will never be the same. Parking in the south 40 is no longer a problem. This thing covers some ground in a hurry. When going to school in a hot humid environment one doesn't have to worry about showing up to class sweaty. Hop on and go. Carries enough for a person and extra books or tools. Feel free to hop on and go to get something to eat as well. Fun and practical for 50+ years and up too. Headlight puts out enough light to see just fine. Turn signals and brake lights help with an extra margin of safety to communicate with others. Don't forget a good lock.

I did my research for a couple of scooters to commute. This scooter delivered everything I wanted. It’s a bit heavier than expected but I do like the build quality, signal lights, head light and various modes.

Love this product, it’s actually as good as advertised, I couldn’t believe how fast it actually went until I tried it and honestly, it’s the best “toy” I have in my arsenal atm haha

My girlfriend and I both bought one of these Segway Ninebot f2's as our first electric scooter's after renting and riding the "Byrd" scooter's in our city and fell in love with theirs! It says it has a weight limit of 265#, but I weigh 240# and this scooter struggles and even stops part way up a slight incline no matter what setting I have it on! My girlfriend's seems to treat her better since she only weighs 140#, but the battery does not last anywhere near what Segway claims. After a 7 mile ride mine was down to one bar even with trying to be conservative by only switching from "normal" to "sport/speed" mode when needed for the slightest incline! Unfortunately I only rode it 3 times and let the 15 day return policy run out or I would've taken it back! I guess it's a hard lesson in "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"!!!! My girlfriend isn't entirely happy about her's either because of the extremely rough ride that sends every little bump blasting up through the spine and there is zero balance with these compared to the Byrd scooter's, with the Byrd scooter's we can ride one handed but not these, you will eat the pavement as soon as you take one hand off! Maybe we have been spoiled by the Byrd scooter's and it's an unfair comparison as far as quality, but for a brand like Segway we sure would expect more even after deciding on a middle of the road model. The frame sometimes flexs and feels like it could just snap in half but so far so good. Again, we've only rode them 3 times but I've parked them in the garage and have been so disappointed that I truly have no desire to even ride them ever again!!! Do not waste your money like we did!!!!!!!!!
