Defective - red staining on cabinetry Paint & wood arrived chipped directly on front side. Chip was visible and large. Assembly is extremely difficult / several parts and things do not align. The frame is cheap looking and easily scuffs during assembly. No way is this worth $700+ - picture and item in person not even close.

We really enjoy our new entertainment center. We don't have a fireplace in our house and this is a nice substitute. The cabinets on either side have adjustable shelves, easy to customize to your needs. The fire feature provides nice heat for our living room. Couple of options for flame color and levels. There is also another shelf for the middle if you choose to remove the fire feature and just have a shelf in the middle. The whole thing comes in two separate large boxes so make sure everything is received. Delivery guys had to make a second trip for the cabinet piece.

The item was fine but there was a small imperfection on the end of it. I am still trying to get either an exchange or some form of compensation. Otherwise we like it
