Color not so good. To many preset factory settings, can not adjust to my preference. Do like the White frame. Almost everything out there is the stupid piano black finish.

I'm glad I went online to look. The product was on sale at the time I thought the color. I received it sooner than quoted, and pick up was fast, smooth, and convenient as well as secured according to my work schedule.

I bought this very nice white TV and it worked great for 3 months. Then the backlight failed. So I went to Seiki to get it replaced and found that I had to pay to ship it back to their service department. $38 and 6 weeks later, I got a very poorly boxed refurbished BLACK TV. Really Seiki? Switch models on me?
I argued with the surly service rep who says it's their policy to replace a defective TV with another one of the same specs. Apparently a black TV has the same "specs" as a white TV to them. They left me no recourse but to accept this refurbished black TV, or waste another $38 to ship it back and get my original purchase price (but no more) back from Seiki. That's $76 down the drain.
Buyer beware.
