I know I might be biased by being a hardcore Nintendo fan, but this game is an example of how the Wii can be a lot of times way more fun than my Playstation(s). Arcade with a story background, decent enough graphs for the platform, nice soundtrack and beautifully crafted levels. The dual control system (nunchuck + remote) works as a beauty, the gestures (spinning specially) are so well crafted that the gameplay is the most pleasant possible. Hours of fun...If you have a Wii dusting in your garage, get Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 and put it to work ! The somewhat long texts can be a little annoying but you get used to it...

This game was revolutionary when it first came out and still one of the best Mario games around. You can't beat the price and I don't go anywhere but Best Buy for used or New Games! Buy it already! You won't be disappointed.

Fun game. Love playing it. Makes me think of Mario 64 but to a different level. One thing that I didn't like but got use to is how the angle changes. Makes it challenging until you get use to it.

My kids love this game and the controls are great. The levels are fun to play and as a parent fun to watch as well. You can actually have 2 people play at the same time so siblings can help each other.

This was the best game I have played on the Wii and one of the best games I have ever played. The level design is really creative and beautiful. The controls are tight and the game remains fun throughout its entirety. Its not hard to beat the game but if you want to achieve 100 % completion, prepare to be challenged. Nothing bad to say about this game.

My faMily really enjoyed this game. Especially my son he's 8. It's quite easy.

Super Mario Galaxy brings back all the feelings "of the olden days of N64 and Mario Brothers" but has remolded it to fit into this nifty, spacey installment. The levels are more than satisfying and do the usual with progressive difficulty levels. Super Mario Galaxy in my opinion, is one of the best Mario games in the series. Could not be more happier with the purchase.

I've been playing Mario games for as long as I can remember and the Galaxy games are possibly my favorite titles in the entire brand. There's so much diversity in the gameplay and environments, it just oozes creativity and originality. They're just plain FUN to play and they serve as a great reminder as to why I loved Mario as a child.

Really great game. I know it's a bit old now compared to a lot of other games but this one definitely demonstrates how Nintendo was able to redefine the platformer and create something really unique. I've enjoyed the game immensely and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a Wii and hasn't gotten a chance to check it out yet.

I've been playing 3D Mario Games since Mario 64 and Galaxy might be the most well made one of the group, my favorite is still Sunshine, but there this one has now bad spots in it. Warning: Playing for several hours at a time might result in wooziness due to the rapid shift in movement based on the world you are on.

Love the physics applications in the game. Very fun and interesting game especially if you want to see Mario do some the classic actions in a very different way. Highly recommended for friends and family to kick back, and spend several hours doing nothing, but having fun! Especially fun on the WII-U.

This game is so fun for those of us who don't want a long drawn out play mode. It's like an old fashioned arcade game but every level has different challenges and obstacles. Sometimes, I just want to play for 20 or 30 minutes and actually feel like I got somewhere. This game satisfies that need.

I bought a Wii the day it came out and rarely bought any games for it. I regret not buying Mario Galaxy. This game is incredible and the visuals, even though they are not HD, are quite nice. The fun-ness factor is off the charts!

I like this Mario game. It explains things really well when you go through the worlds. I like how it really makes you think on a three dimensional level. Like so many other Mario games it isn't flat levels that you just run through. The camera doesn't auto correct its view and I like this.

Bought this game for my 9 yr old daughter. She loves it and wants me to watch her play. I watched and was impressed with the game. The graphics are very good. The fluidness of the game is excellent. The ability for her to gradually get used to the controls is nice. This is the first Mario game she's gotten for the WII and she picked up on how to play fast.

Takes the Mario formula and mixes it up, not only introducing the expected new outfits, but mixes things up with the new Galalxy gameplay! One of the few first-party Wii classics still available. A definite must have!

Growing up, I played Super Mario 64 and Mario Sunshine. Nintendo does it again with Mario! Instead of rescuing several kingdoms, Mario now takes on the universe! This is a must play game!!

One of the most phenomenal games ever made. Nintendo has always been a champion of platform games, and this is its greatest achievement. Still holds up and is a ton of fun today.
