Another good addition to the Animal Crossing series. Adding the role of mayor puts a new spin with some interesting responsibilities. If you liked previous installments, you'll love this one too.

My daughter loves animal crossing apparently this is a special edition. ......its a Christmas present so I cant fully comment yet. But im sure I'll s fun and interactive like the others

This is a great game for short gaming sessions. This is not a game you play constantly or you will get burnt out. Instead, play about an hour a day and it is really enjoyable.

Animal crossing new leaf is by far one of my favorite games. It's great for short or long gaming sessions, and does not get boring. Don't read anymore reviews just get it!

Great story great game works also the two DS get friendly and imagining the story but you are a mayor of the town you can also use your own people figures on it

I got this game as a gift and have really enjoyed playing it. It is hard to stop playing. I like the the challenge of collecting all the fish and bugs.

Your the mayor of the town, you build it up at your like. Meet animals, learn about insects, fish, fossils and art while you play. Fun and educational.

With the new download, there is so much to do! And the cards you can buy separately really add to the game as well. It keeps me entertained for hours!

The thing I like about Animal Crossing is it's like I'm visiting another town. You slowly build relationships with other characters. Lots of fun.

Fun for all ages; colorful and enjoyable game. All their series of games in this line is fun to play. Animal crossing is a fun game for all ages.

I got into the series starting with the DS version wild world and enjoyed City Folk on Wii as well but this game is truly better than both.

What else is there to say? You meet zany residents and get randomly generated items. If you want even more rewards, you have to drive around town with your 3DS on. Now you can go to other players' houses over the internet, and you get to wear pants! There's a certain audience for these types of sim games, so if you enjoy small rewards, fishing, bugs, collections, and item diversity, this is a great series for you. If you prefer heavy combat, plot and spectacle, this is NOT a series for you. AC takes the mundane and makes it appreciable.

I have played the Animal Crossing games since they first came out with the Gamecube! I think they're all addicting and I love playing them!

Already a fun game, but the amiibo update makes it 100x better... a lot more to do as the mayor, and more responsibilities = more fun

Recently purchased a 2DS and wanted to get back into Animal Crossing. New Leaf didn't disappoint. Nothing revolutionary, but a fun game.

This is the 2nd game I have have bought. We finished our town after a year of game play and really wanted to do it again. Best game ever.

I bought this for my nephew on his handheld and he also loves Minecraft. I recommend Stardew Valley as well if you like these games.

The animal crossing series is great, and with the new update to new leaf I even bought it for a friend so we could play together.
