At first I found the movie hard to watch. I actually stopped it and started watching it again a few days later. I guess i wasn't in the mood for the subject matter and it seemed to start off very slow. However, once i got in to the movie I enjoyed it. The acting was good and it did a good job of showing a more personal side of Dr. King. I did find the pacing of the movie very slow and I wished that the role of Corretta would have been a little more fleshed out. It was a good movie in my opinion but not one of the best in the genre of civil rights movies.
