    The product works fine, the setup was easy, but there was nothing in the marketing that indicated it needed to be located near a smart device and that it doesn't connect on it's own to the internet.

    Excellent for monitoring temperature in specific locations. I use to monitor the temperature in the electronic equipment cabinet (DVR, apple tv, home theater ...)
