In my opinion, sensitivity is the key to good earbuds. Most earbuds will offer about 20Hz - 20kHz of frequency response, which is the full range of human hearing. In general, you want about 16 ohms of impedance. But anything lower than 120dB of sensitivity is not going to be worth your time. You have to crank the volume, otherwise. The CX 275Ss deliver that sensitivity with good sound isolation and supreme comfort at a reasonable price! Without spending a lot more cash, it doesn't get much better than this! Unless I need to wear my nearly $300 sound-cancelling headphones, these are my go-to headphones for riding the New York subway every day!

Very good headphones for the price. I use them everyday at the gym and they never fall out of my ears, while also doing a good job of blocking out noise. Zero issues thus far.

For being comparetively cheaper than Beats or Bose these headphones work great. I wanted something with great sound that was cheaper in price. I work in a warehouse and i am constantly needing to purchase new ones. But i haven't had any problems with these.

These headphones are wonderful in sound and fit. Wires might tangle but not so bad.

First things first I dislike the cord, it tangles up and it could be a tad bit longer. "It's nothing that I can't handle". Also, I replaced the rubber pieces with Skullcandy, finding out the original ones are to soft. Having a variety of headphones and earbuds, the CX 275s is one of my favorites. The sounds produce is on the high side but the bass makes it balances. Using CX 275s on my iPhone pushes the earbuds, other media player might not give them the true performance that they deserve. Searching on Best Buy site, liking the CX 275s based on the it's stats, I couldn't pass this up.

I am not a expert on the earbuds. From my experience, this one is good for calling. Maybe it is not good enough to enjoy music. In all, I like this one.

My son loves them! The sound is great and they fit his ears perfectly. The next pair I buy will be for me!

These headphones are just okay. They sound decent but the one thing that bothers me as that you can't turn the volume up or down from the headphones

Purchased in November and use these daily on my walk to work, in the office and occasionally at the gym. The rubberized ends quickly cracked and split causing the wires that connect to the plug jack to become damaged. Less than a year old and they have failed. I won't be purchasing another pair of Sennheiser.

These were a present for my Fiance. He works for a local school district. Mostly using these when he has to mow the fields. He says they cancel noise better than other ear buds. I would buy these again.

I'm impressed. Retail $79, purchased Cyber Monday for $39 + free shipping. Strong bass, nice highs, muddy mid-range. No Left/Right markings. Too expensive. Above average quality. This company makes $1,000 ear-buds so you will notice the quality is better than the average products available. Would recommend at $39 price point.

I bought these as a replacement for my stock Galaxy S3 headphones, and wasn't disappointed. They sound just as good, if not better. The phone controls also work as advertised.
