The wireless head set lasts a long time between charges. The sound quality is excellent, especially the base tones. We especially like that you can mute the TV and still have full sound in the head set. We like it so much, we bought one for my Wife as well. When you wear the set for a long period of time, it becomes a little uncomfortable. Overall we are very happy with our purchase, and we do recommend it to others!

This is a great set of wireless headphones. This set was my 3rd (for an extra room). The sound quality is great. At times, you get distortion for a second or two, but doesn't really compromise overall sound. When watching a movie, I usually have to give my head a rest after an hour (headphones seem a bit snug for my head). Overall, I like this wireless set, especially for the price.

I bought the headphones and charger for myself a few months ago and love them. I decided my husband could use a pair as well since he likes the tv up loud. We have a three year old and two year old twins and they never wake up at night when we use these. It allows us to keep the door open to hear them and be able to hear the movie. Love love love these.

Sound is good, lightweight but very uncomfortable on the ears. They are hard, stiff and flat...nothing like my Bose headphones....then again considerable price difference.

They have a great sound. They were pricey though. They compared to most of the more expensive headphone. My son likes them.

Purchased these to replace a previous pair that still work, because of sale price decided to have a spare. Great headphones that have lasted for years and still great quality. I use regular batteries, so I don't have to use the charger.

A little loose fit, could be a little tighter but that is a minor gripe. Easy install with no interference from surrounding devices. This was a replacement set for one whose volume contro was erratic. Could not be happier overall.

My husband uses these headphones to watch tv because he has difficulty hearing conversations in movies or shows. I wear them to listen to podcast while I do my housework, so I bought the extra pair of headphones and charge both on the same base. They work grwat.

This is my second pair of Sennheiser headphones and you cannot beat the sound and quality for the money. I would recommend them to anyone.

I made a number of mistakes with this order: I didn't realize it was a special order and therefore Best Buy doesn't let you return it to the store and you have to pay a restocking fee. Another mistake that I made was that I didn't realize that this was just an additional set of headphones, this wasn't a workable unit. You need to have the base to make it work. Even though it said return to store when I went to the store they said that I couldn't return it. Talking to the 800 customer service guy was pointless. He was nice enough but didn't help me solve any of my problems and I just decided it was easier to get the item through Amazon.

Headphones have exceptional sound quality compared to others that I have listened to.

This is my second one, the first one failed after 10 or 12 years. I needed only to buy the headset, the same charger / transmitter from the old one worked with this one. Can go anywhere in the house or on the deck and receive the signal (2 story house).

I own several sets of headphones from Sennheiser and have been very happy with them. This set does not cover the ears thus allowing outside sounds to interupt the listening experience. I was looking to pair this set with another set I bought my Dad. Sennheiser CS said this model would work. However, it is not as good of an experience as the original set.

I can't use this product because this product didn't come with Transmitter. How come they made package without Transmitter. Headset is useless without it.
