Could have been my forever pair of headphones

And i tried a lot! Thanks to the easy of exchaning when you buy at best buy. The 3 stars comes in be because i gave up after the 2nd pair. 1st pair, the speaker grill broke. They gave me a 2nd pair. 2nd pair, there was some interference sound on one earbud that no matter what i did, did not fix it. I had protection on them, so was easy to return after a year.

I needed this for noise cancelling purpose and it is pretty good by my book after switching ear tips to aftermarket ones. 2 devices are also doing well with my setup. APTX adaptive is tolerable with non competitive gaming. I researched a bunch and was worried with all the issues it had from reviews, but it seemed to have fixed itself with latest software/firmware.

My only gripe is the battery case stops charging once it drops down to 15% for some reason. So if I need to use the last bit of juice in the case to charge my buds just for a bit, it doesn’t let me. So if I’m outside and my buds die on me, and my case only has 15% (which should be enough to charge them to a decent amount ) I’m doomed. Thinking of having them checked out since I purchased insurance for them.

Amazing but don’t

They make the best audio devices for ears. And these SOUND GREAT! But… even after the 3rd generation of these I still run into the issue of my left ear bud not lasting as long as the right one, and the left ear bud just not working after 6 months. I can’t recommend it when it stops working. If they could just fix that issue these would be near perfect! Battery life could also be better.

The second pair sometimes doesn’t auto connect to my 13 pro max. I’ll have to connect them from Bluetooth app itself. I’m hoping this is just firmware issue. Besides that they sound great. I compared to the Sony xm buds n these got more oomph higher highs mids and base but the Sony got tiny bit better noise cancelling. Nothing to go crazy about. Overall good buds but I’ll be watching for issues closely.

These sound good and have geat features like customizable touch control, limited equalizer, sound check which helps pick out the best lows, highs and mids. The price is too high and if it was for price match and discounts i would not have purchased. I actually got them for 189. Soo if you are trying to decide i recommend the sony xm4
