Very durable, Good sound, and comfortable for long periods of time.

I might have gotten a faulty product, but there's this annoying whistling that comes nad goes. Anyway when they work properly they are amazing. The ANC is so good!

Sound is excellent, very comfortable in the ears, Bluetooth pairing seamless.

Sounds great, has issues with the microphone and it isn't the most comfortable but the sound is great.

The sound quality is good on these earbuds. Noise cancellation is ok but these earbuds pick up a ton of wind noise. Extremely annoying! The biggest downgrade on my review is the company. Dealing with this company is awful. The customer service is horrible and trying to get warranty repairs is the worst. I think they have been taking customer service lessons hosted by Comcast because it’s that bad!!! It appears Sennheiser was purchased by another company so maybe that’s it. When you are paying $250+ for a pair of earbuds you should expect better treatment by a company. In my case the left earbud died so I sent it in for warranty repair. The earbuds were only 6 months old. Sennheiser made me jump some hoops for the repair, which is fine, but they sent me back a used, completely dead, replacement pair. When I finally got a phone number and called Sennheiser, the customer service reps were TERRIBLE!!!

Great sound solid fit big case but built like a tank and still looks new.

These worked well sounded fantastic with a good mic too but they just stopped working one day and wont charge.

These may sound great, but only when they work. The left earbud simply quit. I sent them in to Sennheiser and they replaced the entire set. Now the left earbud has quit. No amount of resetting or following support instructions will fix it, just like last time. Just like my TW2’s. Sennheiser obviously puts a lot into sound dynamics, but perhaps not quality control.

Got these for the microphone and one earbud at a time capabilites. Uncomfortable after an hour of use even with 3rd party foam tips. Need my hands free for work but can't have both earbuds on at same time eventhough theres a passive function(Dont want to give impression Im not able to hear them). Wish this function worked with only one earbud on. May this feature will work with firmware or app update.

I had to replace the earbuds that I lost. These are incredible! But, I first heard the "Sennheiser Sound" years ago. Those who have owned sennheisers before, you know that sound is a perfect blend of bass, treble and mid. So once I knew that I had to get new earbuds, Sennheiser was my immediate go to. I don't regret this purchase in any way. Perfect sound

I've tried a lot of ear buds over the years from Sony to Bose and everything inbetween and these BY FAR have superior sound quality. I'm a bit of an audiophile as a result I have some high quality speakers connected to my home entertaianment system. These ear buds are like taking that system with me on the road.

The sound quality of these headphones is the best I've heard, but the build quality sucked. They stopped charging after two weeks of use. I did some research before I bought these because I wanted the best-sounding headphones in this price range. Hands down, almost everyone online said that these are it for sound quality, but almost everyone warned that the build quality sucked and they would brake some way or another. Over time I have the Geek Squad protection plan and thought that if I could at least get a year out of them then I would be okay with getting them fixed but no within two weeks they broke I just returned them and got the next best thing witch was the galaxy buds 2

Having owned the two previous generations I was curious how much improved the Momentum 3 ear buds would be. I have not been disappointed. There is a depth of sound, even without tuning through the app, which is clear and present. The soundstage is amazing, and overall these sound great, and have not even been broken in yet. Sennheiser has again created a beautiful listening experience with the Momentum 3.
