Didn’t last long
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for a few weeks, sounded amazing. All of a sudden the the earbud started to make strange sounds and eventually just started to play at low volume with my sound being turned all the way up. Shortly after that the right ear bud started to do the same exact thing. I now have 2 ear buds that sound horrible considering the price tag really disappointing and to top it all off now I have trouble getting the things to even charge in the case. Can leave in case over night and still will be at 10% or less battery. Smh. Bad first impression of sennheiser products. Also good luck getting sennheiser to respond for your issues.

Stay away from Sennheiser
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stay away from this brand. The earbuds stopped working in a MONTH, used Best Buy purchase plan to replace (another waste of money). The next set stopped working in two months; it might've been sooner but my wife didn't let me know until both earbuds didn't make sound or take a charge. This product is NOT worth the money or the heartache in trying to resolve it's issues.

Sennheiser Quality Bluetooth Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had no difficulty with connection once I updated. Works really well. Hi-fi quality sound. Only inconvenient is that the buds hurt my ear after a bit. Have not tried other bud molds, though

Manufacturing issues.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned my first pair within the 14-days because of connection issue, static, and the left ear going out. My second pair had the same issues after a month; the return process is difficult to find the online section to start the return and you have to pay for shipping. Originally when I bought the first pair, I bought a pair for my best friend and his had the same issues after 4 months. So 3 out of 3 pairs all had the same issues.

A great pair of truly wireless earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I prefer truly wireless buds over any other in-ear, over-ear, or on-ear solution. They must have high-quality sound, a competent ANC, and must be easy to secure in my ears – an issue for me when using my Sony WF-1000XM4 buds. The XM4 and Bose QC are the two truly wireless buds I wear regularly. The latest flagship from Sennheiser is the Momentum 3 (SM3). This is my first Sennheiser, so I can’t provide a comparison to earlier models. WHAT COMES WITH IT: • Pair of earbuds • Ear Tip Sets (XS/S/M/L) • Ear fin sets (S/M/L) • Charging case & USB-C cable • Quick guide & safety guide EAR TIPS: The SM3 comes with 4 ear tip sizes, from extra-small to large. Also included are wingtips, which for me gives them a more secure fit. I use a different sized ear tip in my right ear than in my left, so a variety of tips help. If you prefer the mediums, they come pre-installed on the SM3. CHARGING: The SM3 supports wireless charging, which I understand is an improvement over the Momentum 2. For wired charging, you can find the USB-C charging port on the front of the case. For those who think the USC-C charging port on the front of the case is odd-placing, I’ve seen other competitors’ charging cases with it on the front, too.T he charging case itself is textured and easily to handle, and it fits well in my pants pocket. THE BUDS THEMSELVES: While I’m told that the SM3’s are smaller than the Momentum 2’s, they still protrude from my ears. And yet, I couldn’t care less as they provide high-fidelity sound and a great ANC. And unlike some buds that require both buds to be used concurrently, these permit you to use only one if you so prefer. I find this helpful in certain situations (like doctor’s office or the airport) where I want to keep close attention to my surroundings. The touch sensors are very responsive, just as the controls are highly customizable. ANC: Sennheiser uses what they call adaptive ANC, which effectively increases and decreases the ANC depending on outside noise. Thus far it has worked well, as I regularly use them while walking my pooch. I have yet to use them on an airplane, which for me is the gold standard for ANC. To enter transparency mode to permit in more ambient noise, tap on the left earbud. SOUND QUALITY: While ANC is important to me, sound quality is number one. That said, the SM3 sound quite good. They offer great range across the music spectrum, although I have been tweaking the Bass to find my sweet spot. They support AAC, SBC, AptX, and AptX Adaptive Bluetooth codecs. I regularly watch movies and YouTube videos while wearing buds, and the Adaptive BT does a respectable job of syncing the voice to what I’m watching. The Sennheiser Smart Control app lets you adjust the in-app equalizer (EQ) to your specific preferences. VOICE CALLS: I didn’t run into any issues wearing the SM3 during phone calls. I could hear the caller perfectly, just as the person I was chatting with could hear me just as well. CONCLUSION: The Sennheiser Momentum 3 are a solid pair of truly wireless earbuds. I’ve worn them for 3 hours at a time, and they felt just as comfortable at the end as they did when I first put them in. The buds offer 7 hours of battery, which isn’t exceptional, and yet I very rarely exceed 3 hours of listening at any given time. So, 7 hours is perfectly fine for me. A 10-minute charge will give you an additional hour of battery. In short, 1) I like how they fit, 2) the sound quality is near exceptional, and 3) ANC is pretty darn good. While they don’t have true multipoint, they have an implementation that reminds me of how the Bose QC works. First, pair them to a device. That device will now appear in the app. When you pair them to a second device, that device now appears in the app along with the first device. To switch between devices, go to the app and select a device you wish to pair them to. It’s not true multipoint, but quite honestly it works just fine for me since I don’t move the buds between devices all that often. While these buds don’t have true multipoint, I believe the sound quality, ANC, and general capabilities are top-notch. And while I’m spoiled by my Sony XM4’s, I believe these are darn close to matching them. As such, I’m giving them 5 stars!
