Absolutely awful. The first day I got them, they had to update for twenty minutes. Out of the box. I tried proceeding without the update, but they didn't work. You can't even leave them in the open case, they have to be loose, which was frustrating because I was at work. The fit is extremely finnicky (yes, I tried all the earpiece sizes). I always had to fiddle with them, and even when they somewhat sealed right, smiling or moving my face too much was enough to send them off. My job has a lot of loud noises around me, so imagine how frustrating it is to randomly find my ears aren't at all protected. The app is annoying. It's on its face servicable, and I'd even say it looks nice, but that's all I can say. Reliance on the app are these buds second worse feature. They have wind suppression as a setting of noise cancelation that cannot be accessed out of the app. That's annoying enough, but fine. I usually only need it when I have my phone out anyway. Except that it's not a separate setting. It's the same setting. So, if you have it on, and turn on noise cancelling, you'll only get (admittedly pretty good) wind cancelation. Again. Bad when I'm relying on noise cancelation to protect my hearing. Another problem is it doesn't always save your customizable touch controls if they aren't connected to the app. Why even let me customize them? I buy bluetooth for convenience, so the second I have to open an app for the things to work, it's a lot harder to justify these buds over cheaper, wired versions. They won't let you customize touch controls with one bud in. They say you can't use touch controls with only one, but you can. Just treat the bud like both are out. Right still does right things, left still does left things. The volume will also be arbitrarily quiet when you bring them out every time. You have to use the touch controls to adjust the volume to sync it up with what your phone thinks it is. Maybe that's my phone, though, so grain of salt. The absolute worst thing, though, is today the left earbud started this high pitched screeching every few seconds. It's quiet, but high enough that every time is extremely noticeable. It made them entirely unusable for me, and it's barely been a month or two since I got them. Complete waste of time and money.

Hey there bro or sis. These headphones have amazing sound quality. Very crisp highs and deep lows….. and yet these headphones are cheap crap. The app used with this device is buggy, the headphones specifically the RIGHT bud is infamous for not functioning after a few DAYS. When putting the right bud back sometimes it’ll stay connected even when pod case is closed. You know what that means? Your pods aren’t charging because it’s connected to your phone all night and it isn’t being seated correctly in the pod case.. even if you smash the pod into this case it won’t matter. The solution? Scrub the connectors with alcohol and a qtip. Every so often… like daily… I don’t believe AirPods Pro 2 had this problem. Let’s not forget the sound quality is AMAZING!!! If it works… when it works… how it should work. Left pod is no longer connecting to Bluetooth.. there’s just always a problem with these. Avoid the hassle. Grab the air pods 2. The “find my” feature is big enough to skip on these.

I genuinely wish Bestbuy had a collaboration with Sennheiser in some sense; so that comsumers can make use of the Sennheiser warranty. I only bought this item around November 2023; and it's already acting up with the terrible screeching on both sides and the random beeping ( even though both sides are fully charged). Also, the item is poorly made. The glue protecting the speakers with a film of material isn't the best, causing the film to slide off with some sticky glue (mind you, it is cold and the heaters aren't turned on). Bestbuy says they're not able to help because my warranty has expired with them, but Sennheiser offers 12-24 months warranty. I tried to make contact with Sennheiser but sadly no response. These earbuds are kindy pricey and i don't want to have to spend money on another. I really wish if Bestbuy can contact them, to help their customers. A couple months warranty vs 12-24 months doesn't cut it. I really love Sennheiser products and this makes me feel so discouraged.

Great set of earbuds BUT the volume goes down due to wax build up. There is a malfunction that is apparent in these earbuds.

The sound quality is great. Nice audio separation and charity. Wish the volume was a little louder, but over all

There is a fundamental design flaw in the circuitry that prevents one from charging after only a few months of cautious use. RMA’d them once for this problem and then encountered it again on a whole new pair. Otherwise, the sound quality is very good. Unfortunately the poor construction and lifetime is a complete deal breaker.

Well, i bought these as temporary buds trying to treat myself with a good headphone brand. But the touch controls keep this from being really good. Fit isnt great either

Good to start, but will wear down quickly with connectivity issues and eventually one of the buds not being able to charge (very common problem).

Absolute trash. Horrible battery life, maybe 4 hours. Mediocre noise canceling at best compared to similarly priced alyernatives. Oh and my favorite part is that it's a 50/50 coin flip on whether or not they actually charge in the case. The light is green, meaning they are supposedly at full charge. Remove from case, connect to phone and surprise, they're still dead. Literal trash

My brother bought it, the SOUNDS ARE PERFECT! BUT! Wait until 11 months and see what will happen to your left earbuds, it will not charge. Watch youtube reviews. Its will long last IF you are going to use for ones a months. Not for everyday use.

MTW3's have a history of not working after a year during or after the warranty. I dont recommend anyone to buy these unless u purchase with 3+ years of warranty. I purchased my MTW3 on September 2022 and it stopped charging both ear buds. I watched countless "how to fix" videos on YouTube, search the web for solution, but nothing. People had to send it back to Sennheiser or screwed if out of warranty. Good thing Sennheiser include a 24 month manufacture warranty on the headphone and was fortunate to stop working within the 2 years. This will be the last Sennheiser i buy. Do some digging on this headphone and dont waste your money on this crap. Sennheiser also has terrible customer support.

Theres a reason Bose and Sony have a tight grip in this price range. Because nothing compares to useability and sound quality. The noise cancelling is a joke sound quality is poor and nobody can understand me when i talk on the phone. My wife has a 50 pair of ear buds that out perform these. Dont fall for the name or the high price thinking there is quality because there is none. I got these as a gift and feel bad my daughter spent so much on them. Ill stick to my bose headphones.

Started off great, best headset I've ever used. Just under 2 months in the problems started. Right ear bud volume is stuck at like a 1. The mic also becomes low so people cant hear you, during phone calls. The worst is the sound that starts. its like the headset is trying to cancel out noises but isn't capable of doing it, so it sends a sharp annoying sound through the ear buds.

These are the best sounding earbuds. Ive personally compared them to the new bose, airpods, soundcore and nothing touches these.
