Amazing sound quality with great controls! Made the switch from Sonys WHXM4 to these and never looked back.

Good sound quality but design needs improvement.I experience discomfort when I have it over my ears for longer time. Also,the app crashes on iOS repeatedly

I read the reviews and took my chances. BestBuy sale was too seductive. It looked like the negative reviews were thinning out so I figured either manufacturing or firmware improvements. But just about a month into ownership they will only power on long enough to connect then they shut off and won't turn on again. This is after 3 hours on a USB-A charger with the supplied cable. Going to see how Sennheiser deals with it. When they worked, they worked. I had difficulty setting up geo zones in the software though. Process seems unclear or unintuitive even to this tech nerd.

My new favorite Sennheisers. I've been rocking the momentum 3's for years, but these are above and beyond.

Ive been using this primarily for work and the sound quality is amazing ANC is great and transparency mode is great too i can hear people talk to me with no issue.

Bought these for my son and he loves them. Great sound, good noise cancellation and very affordable.

Amazing quality headphones, but my god, I only had them for 3 days and I already am having problems with them. Biggest issue, the app used to control and manage the headphones, is complete garbage. Its slow, buggy, and doesn't have that many good features. But my main problem is that there is no way to get the app on my computer, and at the moment of writing this review I have to have my headphones on for the 22 minutes firmware update to work. I mean the noise cancelling stopped working, only after 3 days of use, which I assume has to do with the firmware update, maybe. For the price, I shouldn't have to deal with so many bs problems. At this point I am seriously thinking in just trying to get my money back and buy something halve the price. Also, on my laptop sometimes it has to connect, disconnect, then connect to work, which is a little annoying but it doesn't last more than 30 sec. Being said that, I cant recommend this headphones since maybe other headphones may have more problems than mine, which is not worth for the money.
