    The cushion covers the ear proximity sensor! I have another pair that I use quite often and the cushion is not smashed.

    The sound quality is amazing… that is as far as the positives go. The headphones will not turn off when not in use, even if the setting is set to 5 minutes. They also will randomly not change between anc mode and transparency. The fix was to turn off head detection but even then they will randomly stop cancelling noise unless you open the sennheiser app and do it from there.

    It pains me to leave a bad review because these were everything I wanted in a pair of ANC headphones. The ANC excellent and sound is superb. I also love the SmartControlPlus+ app to customize the experience. I loved and enjoyed them for about 3 months before the problems started. I held down the power button to turn them off, and they wouldn’t turn off. The button hasn’t worked since. At that time, at least they would still turn on and sync when I took them out of the case. After another week, they refused to sync to any device, even though they would show up as available. I’ve tried factory reset through the app, firmware updates, everything. These things have issues, and I’m not the only one. Go elsewhere.

    I love the case its very nice, the accessories are nice it comes with a headphone jack which it's very convenient also good for long term. it's a very nice change from my airpods Max's which are nice but they kind of feel heavy in some cases these don't feel like they're as heavy over time

    I was wait on these to be release before deciding between the sony xm5 and these. Honestly they’re so close in performance thats its hard to distinguish and these are also $50 cheaper

    I LOVED these headphones! The color, The sound, The weight. All I needed a headphone. One issues was how unimpactful the low end was with this model. Very clear separation in all of the instrumentation when listening to music, but lacked a punchy Low end. The noise canceling on these also could be better.
