Biggest issue, the app used to control and manage the headphones, is complete garbage. Its slow, buggy, and doesn't have that many good features. But my main problem is that there is no way to get the app on my computer, and at the moment of writing this review I have to have my headphones on for the 22 minutes firmware update to work. I mean the noise cancelling stopped working, only after 3 days of use, which I assume has to do with the firmware update, maybe. For the price, I shouldn't have to deal with so many bs problems. At this point I am seriously thinking in just trying to get my money back and buy something halve the price. Also, on my laptop sometimes it has to connect, disconnect, then connect to work, which is a little annoying but it doesn't last more than 30 sec. Being said that, I cant recommend this headphones since maybe other headphones may have more problems than mine, which is not worth for the money.
