For the price tag, i didn't expect to have connection issues after only using the headphones a total of 4 gym sessions. The problem I'm having could just be a defective pair but the headphones will connect to my phone then approximately 30 seconds later it'll disconnect and try to reconnect. The headphones are updated and I've already deleted and re-paired the headphones multiple times. Overall, they sound amazing, feel amazing, great noise cancellation (without the extra pressure), phone calls are amazing — the auto on/off is a great feature to an extinct, and the app is "decent". I'm going to return them and get Sony because I've never had any problems with Sony products at all. Like I said earlier I probably have a defective pair but I can't take the same risk twice. Great experience until they stopped working, I was sold that this headset was better than Sony.

I love the sound coming out if these and all the features are great, but the killer is that there’s an audible audio imbalance between the the two cans. This may not bug all people, but this is the second pair ive tried with the same issue and this is a fairly widespread issue with this particular model as well.

I can’t have headphones es that don’t collapse. I’m not sure why the most recent models are not foldable. Bose and Sony did the same thing. Not cool. It’s a deal breaker for me.sound quality is good. User interface is good. Very pretty design.

I’ve the headphones have been great use them everyday wired into my computer or wirelessly on my phone with little to no problem except one its not the biggest problem just as someone with puffy hair the sensor sometimes doesn’t work which lead to transparency mode not turning on

user experience is frustrating. Audio frequently pauses or cuts out with simple head movements, making it nearly impossible to use for active tasks like yard work—even though my old Sony WH-1000XM5s worked flawlessly in the same environment. The power and Bluetooth controls (3-second and 5-second presses) also feel awkward and unintuitive. Overall, I can't recommend these headphones due to these usability issues.

I got it for my son's Christmas present. Since they were kinda expensive I had him try them out early. The left side had a vibration sound like a faint buzz (off and on). Returned them and got the white one. (Still in testing mode.) My son says it's the best sounding headphones ever, better than the Air Pods Max. Make sure you try these out or get the extended 2yr. protection, or both. Hopefully the white one doesn't have a defect.

These are my first pair of Sennheiser's, though the name precedes them. I've sampled some Sennheiser headphones before, but never owned a pair, so I was excited to get these.
So, although these are my first Sennheiser's, they are not my first over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones. However, expectations were met and exceeded with these. The case is really nice, looks and feels premium, and opening it up the headphones are fitted nice and snug in the case, the easy-start guide is on the left and the cables and adapters are neatly stored in their elastic straps.
The earcups are very nice and soft (both the leather material and the cushioning). The headband has a nice smooth and soft silicon on the inside, and hard cloth material that matches the case on the top. The rest is a nice matte black plastic.
What was weird, is that they were already powered on. All I had to do was take them out of the case and my phone was able to see them in bluetooth devices and connect to them. I guess this is intended to show off the "auto power off" function, but in my experience, it was hard to tell if they were off or not. Even after the default 15 min auto-off timer, they still show as connected on my phone. Maybe the motion sensor is sensitive? Either way, I felt it better to just turn them off what I was done with them.
The app is a bit slow and clunky. There were a couple moments where it was acting as connected, but when I was changing settings such as the Noise Cancellation level, nothing was changing. I had to turn off the headphones, completely kill the app and restart it all to get it working. And once it connects, the app seems to freeze for a moment before showing you the options for the headphones. So besides the hiccup, the app does what it needs to do.
Now, back to the headphones themselves. Super comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable I've worn, and the sound quality is amazing. They were actually bassier than I was expecting from a company that is known for sound accuracy. I say this, because I think most audio manufacturers over-emphasize bass, so when you get something that's "true to the source", it tends to seem like it lacks in bass. These do not. But also at the same time, it doesn't seem like the bass drowns out anything else. Everything I listen to sounds so crisp and clear, and I can hear all parts of the song. Nothing is too sharp or shrill, or too muddy and dull. These are easily my new favorite headphones.
These do borrow from the touch controls paradigm, and for the most part works fine. One thing that isn't made very clear anywhere, is that for volume control (swipe up/down on right earcup), large swipe motions make large changes in volume, and small swipe motions make finer volume changes. The pinch to adjust ANC/Passthrough point feels awkward, but works fine, and audible feedback when you've hit the limit at either end (full ANC or full passthrough). The passthrough is nice because it lets in ambient sound that sounds natural, and helps you be more aware of your surroundings. Though at loud volumes this doesn't matter since the music will still drown out what's going on around you.
When I want to listen to music, these will be the headphones I reach for.

Good sound but touch control is god awful a drip of sweat will cause it to pause or skip a song or video or hang up and device fail after less than 5 month
