They sound great. The bass response is very good and the battery life and ANC are also quite good.
But there is a major problem that hasn't been fixed (I doubt it ever will). They don't ever truly shut off. You can hold the button down for 3 seconds to "turn them off", but if they move or are positioned (even in a case) in such a way, they will try to connect to your devices and stay connected. I had this happen recently where I turned them off, put them away, the next day I went for my Ipad only to discover they were connected to my headphones and lost a lot of battery life.
Not sure what kind of trends Sennheiser are chasing, but its not working for them at all. These cans are definitely not worth the price for the headache they cause.

3 months after I got my Momentum 4’s, the disconnect from my phone (iPhone 15 prom Max) after about 8-10 minutes of use. Both devices are updated. It's a premium audio and hardware with a cheap, backend software... It's a disgrace to the Sennheiser brand. I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years and this is the first product that has failed me. I never let them leave the house amd 450BT’s still work with great quality.

Headphones look and feel like a quality product, however two issues were a deal breaker for me. The touch volume control was overly sensitive producing high volume too quickly at the top end. That along with needing to listen at 80% plus volume to get the best sound from the headphones.

I liked the way sounded when they decided to work. Had to return twice. They have glitches in them,kept shutting down, would not detect when on head, the first i returned because I thought I had a defective pair, but same problem exsited with the second pair. I read somewhere they were repeated return item. Sennheiser needs to fix this problem. Other wise when decided to work they sound great!!

I love Sennheiser, so this was an easy sell for me. And after 3 weeks, I’ve had no problems. The only thing I would change would be to change the way phone calls sound. Its not an issue, but its almost like the tune you change it for music is also the same tune for calls.

I’ve had this for 5 months and it’s no longer charging. According to customer support it is a software issue. The sound is great but the comfort level is about 6 out of 10. It keeps falling on my forehead. It feels slippery and a little too tight around the ears. I will not buy this again. Bose is better quality overall.

Great headphones. Sound quality beats most of the competition. Not as great on the noise canceling front, but that was less of a priority for me. Amazing battery life!
