Since my purchase in December 2025. Which is 2 months ago the headset has broke twice. Glad I purchased the extended warranty.

This is not talked about much but this is by far the best sounding wireless headphone in this price range. This has detail like an audiophile grade headphone.

These are some very expensive headphones that routinely fail to connect to devices and require factory resets every 2 weeks. On top of that, firmware updates are routinely pushed to the device MONTHS after they are relevant, meaning after having these headphones for 6 months I am still getting “new” updates that were supposedly released 9-12 months ago. They clearly are hoping to collect as much personal data as possible without having a functional product to start with!

For a supposed premium set of headphones, theres too many glitches in this set that i dont have with other headphones. Id you try to connect to 2 devices, it glitches really bad. They will randomly turn on while in the case, and the power on and off button is iffy. For the price, can’t recommend.

    Upgrade from Momentum 3

I went from Momentum 3 to this set. Overall I'm happy. They're more comfortable, the battery life is way better, and sound quality is about the equal. The detection for when they're off your head to auto-mute is a nice new function. And I'm LOVING the adjustable noise cancelling levels, versus just the on/off on the 3's. Now my gripes. They show fingerprints like crazy, especially if you pick black. The touch controls make this a bigger problem, and the right ear cover just looks like a greasy mess. Also the auto-power off when folded now has a delay you cannot adjust lower than 15 minutes, while it was instant on 3. You can still hold the power button to manually turn them off, or sit them in the case to instant off. The battery somehow still lasts longer.

Worked great for a while but out of nowhere they started to disconnect all the time. I would reconnect and it would disconnect after 30 seconds. They are fully charged and now they don't even turn on.

I wanted these headphones to connect to my Sony TV. The blue tooth connection audio lag terrible. Actor video and lip movement out of sync. Even the direct wired option had a smaller lag. Returned them and replaced with Sennheiser RS195 which work great with TV.

    Most obnoxious headphones

The most obnoxious headphones I've ever used. If you ever want to use these for video calls, STAY AWAY. I use them on a Mac and have issues with every video call platform I use (meet, zoom, chime, etc...). It randomly mutes your microphone for no reason, and nobody can hear you. When I do video calls I have to just use my MacBook microphone for people to hear me. Restarting everything can make them come back for a little bit but as soon as they get nudged off your ear an inch your microphone starts acting up. I followed all of these suggestions on reddit and other forums trying to get it to stop acting up and it will work for a little bit and then literally mid-conversation my mic will just mute and people tell me they can hear me no more. The sound is all right, the sound canceling is all right, but for me they're completely worthless and if I could go back and buy the Sony's instead I would.

A great unboxing experience that reminds me of older Apple Products paired with a great app. Some strange connection quarks with the power button (sometimes I dont know when its on or off). The sound quality is more immersive than my Airpods 4 but share's a similar level of max volume. Wearing them is very comfortable, high quality, sturdy yet light enough for daily use.
