Sounds as good as the Apple Airpods Max for a lot less money. Battery life and ANC are great.

This is a really nice pair of headphones. I had some early issues with connections and disconnects, over a year ago, but there have been some updates that have come out that appear to have fixed that. The sound quality is great and it is hard to notice them even after long sessions. The ears don't get too hot and they are not that heavy but maintain a premium feel.

I bought these after my Momentum 2s died. They simply sounded so much cleaner and less obnoxiously bassy than the Bose and Sonys. Unfortunately they have the same, and newer, problems as the Momentum 2s. Here's what it's like living with these headphones:
You spend 3 days not using them. You want to go for a walk so you pick them up and hold the power button. They turn off. Huh?? Turns out, like always, they've been on for 3 days straight without being connected to any device because no one thought to create an option to have them power down. Oh well, you turn them back on. But oops, you didn't wait long enough so you're just holding the button for 10 seconds while nothing happens. Release and try again; oh hey, now they're in pairing mode instead of on, making this super loud bass-boosted chime. Okay turn them back off. Wait. Hold for 10 seconds and finally they turn on normally. "Connected" says a british woman because a simple chime isn't good enough. The battery life is obscenely good so you're still at 40% battery somehow after them being on all week. "Connected" it says again, connecting to your laptop. You walk out the door, "DISCONNECTED" she says again, interrupting your music. Thanks man, really needed to know that. The ANC is fine, but it suddenly decides that the lowest level should be worse than the second lowest, so you do the pinching motion until you get that level. Oops, you paused by touching the outside when raising your arms to stretch, which you can turn off but don't want to because there's no on-headphone alternative way to do that. Okay, now time to listen to music that sounds a bit duller after a year of ownership (just like the momentum 2's).
Does that sound fun? I can tell you, it's not. These things are decent sounding headphones with fine ANC, they are by NO means "high end" and by even fewer means are they worth the absurd asking price, which is $100 higher than when I bought them a year ago. Steer clear, don't buy from Sennheiser and their awful product design team that apparently have no idea what it was like to own headphones that didn't scream at you back in the days of Aux.

I wish that the headphones didn’t attract so many fingerprints, but the sound quality is unbelievable. I made the purchase because I passed my finals and I wanted to treat myself and I definitely made the right purchase. Apart from the sound quality, the build quality feels super smooth and well designed. I bought these headphones not even a month ago and I have only charged them once, the battery life is exactly as advertised!

These headphones are fantastic. The software is easy and intuitive, and the overall quality is premium. I found the sound to be a little quiet out of the box, but once I had used the equalizer and tweaked to my liking, the sound was crystal clear, loud when I wanted it to be, and had really good bass. Would easily recommend these headphones for anyone going on trips or just looking for premium headphones.

Decent sound range/stage, not too bass heavy but you can add bass. The are warm on your head. I returned as the noise-cancelling wasn't what I needed for flight, snow blowing, etc. I did like the color, app, battery life, fit and the quality seems very good, not cheaply built. If noise cancelling not important they are very good headphones if you get them on sale.

These are hands down the best sounding, most comfortable, and premium feeling headphones I have ever owned. They have so many unique features, a crazy battery, and really fantastic noise cancelling

This is my third Momentum 4. Purchased the white set when they were first released and a black set a year later. I love the sound and comfort so 8 jumped on the new Blue Denim set on sale before Christmas. They not only sound incredible but they are beautiful as well. In order to get the best performance from the Momentum 4 you must use a device with aptX adaptive. That eliminates Samsung and Apple devices. The battery life is better than any other Bluetooth headphones. If you love the Sennheiser sound you'll love these. They make Bose sound like tin cans.

Fantastic! I compared these with comparable Sony and Bose brands (and prices), and these won out! 60 hours of battery life, deep lows, crisp highs, and the features that are easy to use and understand. The personalized sound feature, in the companion app, lets you customize the sound quality to your preferences, and it offers 6 preset equalizer settings too. I can’t recommend these enough!

Purchased these heaphones on black friday of 2024. Absolutely blown away by how exceptional they are. Battery life is easily a 10/10 far better than competitors. ANC is maybe inferior to other brands but still extremely good, and sound quality is unmatched. In my opinion these are the best bluetooth ANC cans on the market, you will not be disappointed.

I purchased the Sennheiser momentum 4 because of the reviews saying how great it sounds. Well I can tell you it does sound really great. The bass is there where the Bose QC45 is lacking. I really wanted to keep it because it was on sale and I got an awesome deal but the comfort was the issue for me. The QC45 was very comfortable and I could wear it for long periods without any issues but the SM4 after 30 minutes I needed to take a break from them. The clamping force is a bit too strong for me. No matter how good it sounds I am someone who needs to have comfortable headphones without sacrificing sound quality so I went with the Sony XM5 and it fits my needs both comfort and sound quality

I love these headphones. they're comfortable and the sound quality is top tier. you can feel the bass through your body as it hits every note with perfection in a balanced symphony of joy delivered straight to your ear drums. The ANC is mid... not great but it does help. the Spatial audio, on the other hand, is in a league of its own. Dolby atmos spatial audio changes the game with these things. You'll be immersed in whatever you're listening to/playing.
