Great sound. The eq you can get on the play store gives you complete control over virtually every musical aspect on this device. Beautiful balance.. Amazing headphones

These headphones blew me away truly. They sounded incredible. They sounded new gen. This is coming from an ex-audiophile, addicted to high end audio. DSP is really changing for the better and I couldn’t find a reason not to like it.

These are great headphones for the price. More bass than the usual Sennheiser sound I'm accustomed to buy for my PC the work great. Get the USBc dongle for low latency and it's perfect for PC gaming, listening to music, and podcasts. To tune these a bit better get EQ apps for your PC and phone and you should be as happy as I am with these.

The audio quality is exceptional; however, the Sennheiser application occasionally experiences technical issues that hinder its intended functionality. The noise cancellation and ambient sound features perform adequately.

I love these head phones. I used them for more than 5 hours straight on a flight and they still had power. They also cancel out a lot of the airplane noise that I slept with them on. Best purchase ever for a 12 hour flight.

These HAVE to be the best sounding Bluetooth headphones I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned a lot. They are very durable. I’ve dropped them so many times, not even a scratch on them

They had great sound. The app and eq was great. The noise counseling is very good and the phone sound is fantastic.
The connectivity for the Bluetooth was spot and maybe it was the touch controls.

So, after test driving them for a couple weeks, I found myself disappointed. I had researched headphones for days and these seemed to promise everything I was looking for. I make podcasts and intricate audio files with sound effects. I was concerned about the wireless aspect, but reviews assured me it had no impact. That turned out to be very much not the case. It came with an audio jack so I figured I could at least plug it in if the wireless lagged. First off, I really dislike the design. The touch screen-like buttons on the side to control everything is so confusing and sensitive and I'm constantly touching it accidently. I hate that I can't turn it off on my own. It automatically turns on when you touch it. So when I turn off the power button and try to set it down, it comes back on. I tried to do some work with them, but just as I was worried about, the jarring in and clicking from headphones trying to keep up with the editing software made it difficult to work with. So I tried using the usb wire, which by the way both wires are short. Not nearly long enough for computer use. I couldn't get the computer to detect the usb consistently. Sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn't which lead to half an hour of frustration some days. I wanted to use usb because I had a longer wire for it. So I was stuck using the short jack. That worked okay but still felt like it was clicking when audio began from silence. But then I encountered a problem with the lack of software for the computer. There are no downloads for it. You can only adjust things through the phone app. But if its plugged into your computer its doesn't work. So you can't adjust anything. As for the sound quality, it was better than what I previously had which was a shark, a decent headset, ranging about $125. But the quality wasn't as mind blowing as I was expecting for a $300 pair of headphones. I splurged on them because I thought they were going to help me make my audios precise and phenomenal sounding. The sound fluctuates. It seems to sound louder some days than others, which causes me to turn up the volume of the files in program, then have to turn them back down in editing on different day. I tried to like them but found myself having buyers regret. I have decided to return them. I can't stand it anymore. These might be fine for listening with your phone, but that's pretty much it. If I had to value them, I would say about $89. Not $300. I have a pair of wireless skull candy for $150 that sound much better. I found some studio headphones so going to try them out. I understand these weren't labeled as studio, but I was hoping the quality was so fantastic it didn't matter. I was wrong.

I really wanted to love these, they sound great and they're really comfy. I usually pick Sennheiser for most of my audio but these still seem to have a significant issue with any moisture. I never even wore them to work out. Just watching TV in a warm apartment (I have a lot of background noise so ANC is a godsend). One day was a bit warmer than usual and I found myself sweating a little. Next thing I noticed was a loud pop in the earcups, like the sound of a stereo at max volume suddenly turning off. And they just power cycle now. Despite a fair bit of troubleshooting, the device never recovered before I returned it.

Love the sound quality of these headphones! Only negative I have experienced is that when the touchpad is enabled it's so sensitive that my hair would constantly pause, change the music and or adjust the noise cancelling. I turned that off and of course it doesn't happen anymore BUT I also cannot use a feature that I really liked!

Great sound quality and super comfortable! The audio is crisp with deep bass and clear highs, perfect for music, calls, and videos. They feel premium, fit well for long listening sessions, and the battery life is impressive. Setup was quick and easy too. Definitely worth the purchase—highly recommend!

Glad I purchased these. I've been pretty committed to Sony 1000xm series 3 thru 5. However, these give the overall best sound quality. The base, mids, and highs aren't overdone and the personalized app is straightforward without the unnecessary clutter. Good job, Senhieser.
