Good quality headphones. Noise cancelling works!. The phones can be adjusted on the ear piece. Worth the investment.

Amazing quality headphones, but my god, I only had them for 3 days and I already am having problems with them. Biggest issue, the app used to control and manage the headphones, is complete garbage. Its slow, buggy, and doesn't have that many good features. But my main problem is that there is no way to get the app on my computer, and at the moment of writing this review I have to have my headphones on for the 22 minutes firmware update to work. I mean the noise cancelling stopped working, only after 3 days of use, which I assume has to do with the firmware update, maybe. For the price, I shouldn't have to deal with so many bs problems. At this point I am seriously thinking in just trying to get my money back and buy something halve the price. Also, on my laptop sometimes it has to connect, disconnect, then connect to work, which is a little annoying but it doesn't last more than 30 sec. Being said that, I cant recommend this headphones since maybe other headphones may have more problems than mine, which is not worth for the money.

Best sound quality at the price point. Full featured and easy to use. Noise canceling is excellent but still allows aural connection to the world outside.

Excellent choice purchased one then another unit better then Apple max which I also purchased

Sound is excellent but the level of comfortable is not as expected, my head hurt when wearing.

touch tech is cool, senses when you're wearing/not wearing it. Sound is amazing, regardless of what you're listening too.

These headphones are Awesome can't beat the sound or noise canceling, I best bang for my bucks.

1-star for BEST BUY BUSINESS PRACTICE! What I can prove: I purchased these 19DEC2025, received 22DEC, they blew a speaker TODAY (16JAN2026) and Best-Buy's return policy is 15 days, so its last day for elibility of return was yesterday 15JAN2026. I bought a new-condition item. What I cannot prove: When I received the item, the shipping label was marked "Returns Center." I was slightly suspicious but the box's tamper-proof stickers were undisturbed so I wrote it off as paranoia, since I did pay for a "new" product. When I opened the box, the mfg labels on the ear cups seemed sloppily applied on the left-ear sticker--as if somebody had removed and then re-applied it. I couldn't prove it...but then the Returns Center origin began to make more sense. Again, I thought I was paranoid because of the tamper-proof seals on the outer packaging appearing pristine. I own several Sennheiser headsets and this was the first to blow a speaker, within 30 days of ownership. I highly suspect Best Buy is selling refurbished items, marked "new." SHAME ON YOU, BEST BUY!

Easily probably my favorite headphones by far, ive owned sony,beats, apple, these are cleary the best

Good headphones but the noise cancelling feature is not that good, I tried to love them but I returned them for the Sony 1000MX6 which are much better

Volume doesn't seem to reach that feel it in my soul level. In other words the max volume isn't very loud

Superb sound, great presence and definition. Perfect for a narrower head, they do fit snug and could be fatiguing. ANC is a little weak but not a real issue.

connecting is kind of earrape i like the quality and the battery seriously connects for like days before i charge for 30 mins.

My go to for watching movies the sound quality is amazing

The sound quality is crisp and the lows dont over power the mids and highs dont sound to harsh.

I bought these to replace my Bose700 and they sound better, work better and make me very happy. No regrets.

They sound and feel great! This is my first pair of real headphones, and I couldnt be more pleased.
