So glad I purchased these instead of the Sony’s.. I’ve owned the Sony m3’s and they aren’t cold weather headphones.. features didn’t work AT ALL.. picked up the Sennheiser’s wanting something different THAT WORKS IN COLD WEATHER. and satisfied with my purchase.. if you’re on the fence, these are a GREAT buy, GET THEM!!

Bought as a Christmas gift for teenage grandson.. He loves them

Well, I thought they were perfect — for about two months. Then, they stopped connecting, even though the charged showed 100%, unless you connected a charging cable! That means, if you were out and about, you weren’t going to get them to turn on.

I tried so many brands, this paid is by far the best, the quality of sound is absolutely phenomenal, pure clarity of speech or music. I just love this new pair I purchased. it worked beautifully out of the box.

For the best value in headphones, consider opting for a reputable brand that specializes in high-quality audio.

It satisfy my expectation on the size and comfort when wearing it. For the sound quality, I am still searching for the best equalizer configuration. It would be nice if there is some guide to find one’s optimal configuration on the user manual.

The quality and sound is impressive. No issues connecting to my iphone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Best Buy did right buy it offering these headphones. Love the color love the design. Their great headphones right after purchase. First time start up putting on my head immediately had a Update for manufacturer they were great.

Works great good base good sound and easy to operate with the side controls being touch friendly

There is a slight learning curve to understand how the gestures work but if you get it then the headphones work like a charm. My biggest complaint is ANC is not what I was looking for. It still brought outside noise in and the mic has some distortion. I’m not sure if I would return for xm5 or xm6.

Love everything about them. Not so big just perfect

First of all most important thing, they sound great, I was immediately surprised at how clean and balanced everything sounds, from music to movies/tv shows. Once you get it connected to your main device it is very simple and easy to turn on and start listening. As for the bad, the touch controls can be a little bit finicky when you first get the hang of them, the companion app is very bad and I don't even use it anymore, and you basically have to use these with noise cancelling on because otherwise the sound comes out a bit hollow. Also, my first pair developed this weird issue where the right pad was producing a weird overwhelming static noise that there was no way to fix. Got them swapped and new pair are going strong.

I Was not impressed. So many great reviews I've seen about these headphones, so i was very excited to try them out. I was shocked at how below average these sounded. The bass was average, the music sounded cloudy and thin. And the volume is not really loud. I love the details in the build quality. For $400 these were a let down. I returned them the same day.

Great sennheiser sound like you expect. I hate the auto on and the active noise cancellation is a little slow to kick in but otherwise very nice.

I was looking for top of the line premium audio and found the perfect headphones to deliver just that! It does have a bug that has been reported by other users though, that when you answer a phone call on your phone and switch audio to Bluetooth via the headphones, the call hangs up! Other than that, love them!

The headphones are comfortable, the quality is excellent, but my experience with these headphones have been frustrating. They will inexplicably stop playing music while I am wearing them as intended. When the music is playing and I remove the headphones, the music continues to play. I've carefully reviewed all the settings in their Smart Control iOS app, but despite my settings, the headphones can't seem to give me a consistent listening experience. It may not seem like a big deal, but over time, it gets old and further feeds into my frustration.

Great buy. These headphones are nifty and their ANC capabilities are really nice. Just moving one ear cup off of your head pauses the music and the call quality is surprisingly clear. Great price when on sale for the quality of this item.
