These headphones are superb! The quality, comfort, and ease of use are second to none.

this has been my fav over all since i tried 4 different headphones only thing i would say that could be maybe neg is touch sensitivity is to easy to hit on pillow or being near the side

This product was rushed and 20 minute firmware updates are being released daily to fix issues. They worked great and sounded great for the first day. Now I’ve spent 2 hours trying to get them to turn back on the second day!! I have factory reset them and unpaired and repaired multiple times. They will not turn on. I have made sure they are charged. ADDITIONALLY: these headphones can not be used wired unless they are turned on (or have a charge). Check Reddit for more complaints and problems with these headphones. They work good enough for a review and then crap out! Can’t even get them to turn on anymore so looks like I’ll be switching to the XM5s……… Don’t trust my review, see for yourself on Reddit, everyone is upset!!

Everything you want out of modern Bluetooth headphones with zero drawbacks.

The headphones were completely defective. The first day I got them, I immediately noticed constant crackling during the first song I played. And the headphones refused to turn off of enter bluetooth pairing mode, as if the button on the headphones had not function at all. The second day, they started randomly disconnecting every 15 seconds, either that or they would randomly activate siri or open the sennheiser sound app. Gave 1 star because it was nearly impossible to listen to music without running jnto some issue every 15 seconds. Disappointed in this product, for $400 it’s nothing short if a scam

Really liked them especially at the price! I liked tghe bose qc more however and decided to go with those. These are heavier and i wanted a lighter pair

For the price tag, i didn't expect to have connection issues after only using the headphones a total of 4 gym sessions. The problem I'm having could just be a defective pair but the headphones will connect to my phone then approximately 30 seconds later it'll disconnect and try to reconnect. The headphones are updated and I've already deleted and re-paired the headphones multiple times. Overall, they sound amazing, feel amazing, great noise cancellation (without the extra pressure), phone calls are amazing — the auto on/off is a great feature to an extinct, and the app is "decent". I'm going to return them and get Sony because I've never had any problems with Sony products at all. Like I said earlier I probably have a defective pair but I can't take the same risk twice. Great experience until they stopped working, I was sold that this headset was better than Sony.

Great sound, good ANC, firmware is a little buggy.

I love the sound coming out if these and all the features are great, but the killer is that there’s an audible audio imbalance between the the two cans. This may not bug all people, but this is the second pair ive tried with the same issue and this is a fairly widespread issue with this particular model as well.

I like the quality and I would have no complaints about the headset, but whenever I turn on the headset for the first it will be staticy. Tried with two headsets and still got the same result
